Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service representative to support an office in the Woodbridge, NJ area.
6 mo+ of office experience required.
We are looking for someone very friendly, tech savvy, and dependable!
**HYBRID SCHEDULE after training
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Manage order processing, account updates, service requests, and product information for B2B customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, operations, logistics, and product support—to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, orders, and follow‑ups
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen long‑term relationships
