Overview
Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Financial Operations serves as a strategic finance leader and trusted business partner responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making across the organization. The Director provides leadership and oversight for strategic finance, revenue analysis, payer structures, and the development of best-in-class financial and analytic operations that support optimal financial effectiveness, service excellence, and high-quality patient care.
This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and departmental leaders to guide annual operating and capital budgeting, long-range financial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director ensures transparent communication of financial results, productivity, resource utilization, KPIs, and variance analyses while proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen financial performance.
Essential Duties
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Vice President & CFO in setting and executing the organization’s financial strategy, with accountability for operational financial performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling, including annual operating and capital budgets and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards and directives from regulatory agencies and third-party payors
- Oversees preparation and submission of Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party cost reports
- Partner with clinical, operational, and departmental leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights related to productivity, resource utilization, service line performance, and revenue optimization
- Develop and oversee best-in-class financial analytics, benchmarking, and KPI dashboards to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Analyze financial and operational trends, variances, and risks; proactively develop and implement corrective action plans to achieve financial and operational targets
- Provide leadership over revenue analysis, payer structures, and labor productivity strategies to support margin improvement and sustainable growth
- Ensure effective financial controls, policies, and procedures are maintained in accordance with regulatory, audit, and governance standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; foster strong internal communication, engagement, and a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Support organizational initiatives that enhance community relationships, physician alignment, and the organization’s overall reputation and mission
Responsibilities
Required Education:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; CPA preferred
Required Experience/Skills
- 7–10+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience, including leadership responsibility within a hospital, health system, or complex healthcare organization
- Demonstrated expertise in hospital financial operations, including labor productivity, revenue cycle performance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and operating and capital budgeting
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Proven ability to partner effectively with clinical leaders, physician groups, operational teams, and executive leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging in high-level forums and addressing complex financial issues
- Experience leading change, driving performance improvement, and developing high-performing teams

SUMMARY
The Manager, Patient Financial Services (PFS) provides oversight of patient billing and collection within billing operations under the direction of the Director of Patient Financial Services. Monitors work processes and identifies/implements process improvement opportunities. The Manager, PFS oversees and evaluates Patient Financial Services staff, monitors and ensures compliance with Federal, State and industry standards and regulations, prioritizes and maintains timely turnaround, serves as resource for billing issues, performs periodic audits, and acts as the primary contact for escalated customer service concerns.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY

Job Description Summary: The Perinatal Ultrasonographer provides patient care through OB/GYN ultrasound and Doppler Imaging.
Under general supervision, performs routine and targeted sonograms, fetal echocardiograms and CW Doppler imaging studies.
Assists in the performance of Level II and transvaginal sonographic studies and fetal/maternal diagnostic procedures.
This is for a full-time position, working Monday-Thursday 7:00a-4:30p or 7:30a-5:00p and Friday 7:00a-11:30a.
There is no weekend or major holiday coverage required.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Grant Funding, this role directly oversees and implements the preparation of competitive, high quality, compliant funding proposals ranging from $250K–$5M.
The Assistant Director works closely with workforce program leaders and cross-functional teams to translate program design, outcomes, and community need into strong public grant submissions and technical request packages that advance Goodwill Southern California’s social impact across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.
This hybrid position is based at Goodwill Southern California's Los Angeles Campus and requires local travel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Grant Proposal and Management Supports the planning, development, and execution of public-sector grant proposals, including federal, state, county, and local funding opportunities, contributing to the growth of public funding revenue.
Develops and manages proposal work plans and internal timelines to support timely review, approvals, and submission readiness.
Serves as a point of support for public funders, assisting with inquiries, clarifications, follow-up requests, and resubmissions as needed.
Grant Writing Collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Grant Funding to interpret funding guidelines, scoring criteria, and compliance requirements for public grant opportunities.
Provides senior-level drafting, editing, and quality control of grant narratives, letters of intent, and supporting content, ensuring alignment, clarity, and competitiveness.
Oversees the assembly and submission of complete proposal packages, ensuring all required attachments, certifications, and approvals are secured.
Grant Research and Analysis Oversees and conducts research on public funding opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, NOFOs, and consortium grants, and prepares analyses and recommendations to inform submission decisions.
Coordinates cross-departmentally with program, finance, and leadership teams to collect and validate programmatic data, budgets, and required documentation for proposal development.
Education & Experience 3-5 years of solid grant writing experience for non-profit organizations Demonstrated track record of success receiving government funding and knowledge in developing complex proposals and grant budgets.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with a fast-paced team and work independently.
Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential information.
Must have advance knowledge proficiency of Microsoft Work, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
This position requires some local travel (25% of the time) within Southern California.
A valid CA driver's license and state-required auto insurance required.

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Riverside
Colorado, ensuring smooth resort operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a positive,
safe work environment for staff. This role requires strong hospitality and retail experience,
operational expertise, comfort with technology and systems, and a willingness to jump in
wherever needed.
This is not a clock-in/clock-out position. Flexibility, ownership mindset, and a strong work ethic
are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities
Oversee daily resort operations, including lodging units, general store, coffee cart,
shuttle service, and common areas
Ensure all guest units are clean, safe, and presentable; assist with cleaning when
housekeeping is not onsite
Maintain all common areas (restrooms, fire pits, cook areas, signage, lighting, etc.)
Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with vendors
Act as incident commander during emergencies; manage on-site security when present
Maintain first aid kits and remain CPR/first aid trained
Staff Leadership & Culture
Create and manage staff schedules across all departments, including Facilities and Housekeeping
Manage housekeeping staff and laundry services
Assist with hiring, training, and termination of staff in accordance with company policies
Work closely with HR leadership to uphold company values and ensure a safe,
respectful workplace
Train all staff on systems, processes, and operational standards
Guest Experience & Reservations
Manage reservations and lodging inventory
Oversee Cloudbeds and all OTA platforms
Manage guest communications via phone, email, OTA messaging, and Whistle
Support special events, programming, and private parties in collaboration with the events
team
Schedule shuttle operators to ensure guest transportation needs are met
Retail, Inventory & Food Safety
Oversee purchasing and inventory for all departments, including food, beverages,
housekeeping supplies, general store, and coffee cart
Coordinate with Mishawaka’s restaurant on prepackaged goods needs
Ensure food safety standards and compliance are maintained. Must be food safety
trained to meet Health Department requirements
Administration & Systems
Ensure invoices are routed to bookkeeping in a timely manner
Review, update, and improve systems and processes across operations
Manage shared Google Drive and documentation
Participate in weekly operational meetings
Support sustainability initiatives with flexibility and practical implementation
Qualifications
Preferred college degree with an Associate or Bachelor's level of achievement
Advanced computer skills including Google drive, Excel, Canva or other intermediate
level graphics software
Minimum 3 years experience managing Cloudbeds software
Minimum 3 years experience in management at a corporate hospitality company●
Willingness to: Train and become a trainer on espresso machine, front desk clerk trainer,
manage and do housekeeping on a regular basis as needed and manage and do light
maintenance of the resort
Strong operational background with hands-on leadership experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Amenable to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Commitment to guest service, team culture, safety, and sustainability
Must have a clean driving record
