Role and Responsibilities
Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.
Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.
Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.
Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.
Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.
Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.
Qualifications
Industrial manufacturing experience desired.
Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices.
Roll Forming experience is a plus.
Education
Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

General Purpose

Job Description1. Monitor and ensure quality print including tape tests throughout production runs.
2. Compare and approve print quality is within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.
3. Calculate the number of parts needed to complete the order.
4. Number labels on each order in sequence, beginning where the prior shift ended. If the order uses a lot number, lot numbers change at 7am and numbering begins with one and continues in sequential order until the order is completed.
5. Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or on tray packs. Place product of poor quality in a scrap box or tote.
6. Place SCRAP labels on all scrap containers. Products made of like materials are placed in the same box.
7. Complete the corresponding paperwork for each order.

Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer will be responsible for programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to support the manufacturing efforts. The CMM programming will be done using PC DMIS software. The role will include writing, editing, troubleshooting, and validating CMM programs to be used for measurement of jet engine components. The Process Engineer develops, enhances, and troubleshoots CMM programs for dimensional inspection of manufactured aerospace products. The Process Engineer must be able to read and interpret drawings and prints using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop CMM programs using PC DMIS software, an advanced level of PC DMIS offline programming is expected.
- Read and understand prints/drawings and have an advanced knowledge of GD&T.
- Develop planning, processes, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot & prove-out CMM/ PC DMIS programs, direct GR&R validations, and validate work using multiple techniques
- Develop CAD based CMM inspection programs using both models and prints
- Work autonomously as well as collaboratively in identifying needs and validation plans. Providing proactive support to meet manufacturing requirements
- Follow system standards to development, implementation, and change management of metrology processes
Qualifications / Requirements:

Candidates will be responsible for running and cleaning multiple pieces of equipment which include the cheese molders, cooker, DMC and brine system.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
1. Ability to start-up, maintain sanitation, perform CIP, shutdown and operate machinery. Also to include troubleshooting machinery when needed.
2. Monitors key processing indicators such as time, temperature, pH, moisture and weight.
3. Maintains production in a continuous flow operation.
4. Will be in control of daily production and sanitation paperwork; filling it out properly and making comments of any non-compliance results.
5. Ensures Food Safety and Security as required per the Plant's GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GSP (Good Sanitation Practices) Policy and Procedures.
6. Performs other work duties as requested by the Mozzarella Production Supervisor.
7. Responsible for working efficiently and safely to produce a high quality product.

Possible Shift:
C/D Team 5:50 PM - 6:00 AM, 1-3-3 Schedule
Hourly starting rate: $24.16/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
Activities and duties may vary depending upon site specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and execute the quality inspection of products before shipment, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Operate and maintain complex machinery, including setup, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action investigations for critical quality issues, driving cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and implement quality control plans for new products and processes, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Train and mentor employees on advanced inspection techniques and quality standards.

Preferred Machining Skills
- Familiarity with the use of: Heavy Duty Horizontal Lathes, Milling Machines, Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turning Lathes, Planers, Grinders, Drill Presses, Hydraulic Presses, Band Saws, and Portable Tools
- Turning, Drilling, Tapping, Boring, Honing, Polishing machine processes
- Large part machining experience preferred (ship propeller shafting, ship steering gear, etc.)
- In-place machining experience is desired
- Forklift and Crane experience preferred
