The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects through completion at any given time. Projects will include solar PV, battery energy storage and EV charging equipment. The responsibilities include coordination with the utilities and townships, permitting, resource management, incentive management, contractor negotiation, and construction management. The Project Manager II interacts with clients throughout the entire project, from contract signature until transition to our O&M team.

Responsibilities
- Support Business Development and Engineering once job is awarded in Procurement, for Value Engineering and Construction planning
- Maintain project budgets, prepare construction schedules, oversee quality control and client communications and expectations
- Support risk management activities for contract reviews and project deliverables
- Execute Turn-Key Installation across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish
- Manage field operations along with subcontractors and equipment deliveries
- Provide feedback to improve company protocols, installation practices, and company growth
- Perform onsite pre-construction kickoffs, QA/QC and safety inspections on active construction sites
- Interface with PF's legal, estimating, business group leadership for project contracting and execution
- Work with the Operations team to complete Monthly Financial Reviews (including budgets, client change orders and prime contract change orders)
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture, Sustainability or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in commercial solar, storage or EVSE construction
- NABCEP Installer Certification is a plus
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- Knowledge of Procore system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, team development, and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments
- High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines
- Must have construction experience and knowledge of solar installations

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Working Conditions

This role sits at the intersection of IT and Operational Technology (OT) — focused on deploying, configuring, and supporting the systems that power real-world energy environments. What You'll Be Doing
- Deploy and configure Linux-based servers, edge devices, and virtualized environments (Ubuntu, VMware, Proxmox)
- Build and maintain automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, Python) for scalable system deployment
- Support industrial networking and communications (VLANs, firewalls, Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, MQTT)

Theobjectiveof this role is to drive the interconnection process frominitialsubmission to signed agreement, meeting all schedulemilestonesand providing consistent status updates to internal stakeholders. The Interconnection Specialist mitigates project risk,optimizestimelines for utility interconnection approval, and ensures that distributed energy resources are successfully integrated into the electrical grid.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our growing Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business. This role goes beyond traditional legal support—it is embedded directly with Sales and Operations to accelerate revenue, streamline deal execution, and strengthen risk management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
You will serve as a business-oriented lawyer, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to shape smarter, faster deals, while ensuring commercial and legal risks are managed effectively. By engaging early in the deal cycle and staying engaged post-signature, you will help bridge sales and legal, driving both business growth and contract governance. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the energy storage and/or PV industries, especially those with a track record of negotiating and/or drafting EPC and System Integration contracts.
Key Responsbilities
Deal Support & Negotiation
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex ESS sales contracts (including EPC, Supply, and Tolling agreements).
- Partner with Sales to structure commercially viable, risk-balanced deal terms that accelerate deal closure.
- Actively participate in customer-facing negotiations and internal contract approval processes.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Serve as contract owner from negotiation through execution, deployment, and closeout.
- Track key milestones, obligations, amendments, and renewals to ensure compliance across teams.
- Conduct post-signature risk assessments and feed learnings into future negotiations.
Project & Post-Commissioning Support
- Advise Project Management on contractual interpretation, issue resolution, and change order management.
- Manage warranty obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other post-installation commitments in collaboration with Service and Operations.
Process & Governance Development
- Build and refine standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and contracting processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to align escalation paths, training, and enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
- Support the evolution of contract governance as the function scales from business-embedded to enterprise-integrated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Located in Detroit or Bay Area, or a willingness to relocate (4x - 5x days per week in office)
- J.D. with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner—balancing commercial goals with legal and risk considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
- Prior in-house counsel experience preferred.

This is a compelling opportunity for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to design, build, and scale the end-to-end supply chain for a fast-growing electrolyte technology startup. Anthro Energy is developing breakthrough battery materials and preparing for rapid scale-up toward commercialization.
You will play a foundational role in shaping core operational systems—owning day-to-day execution while building the long-term processes needed to support R&D, pilot manufacturing, and future production growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective sourcing
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight, shipping, and customs activities
- Support production planning and scheduling to align material availability with operational needs
- Implement and manage inventory systems; maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
- Work closely with suppliers to track orders, resolve quality issues, and prevent disruptions to R&D or manufacturing
- Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Establish internal processes for incoming quality control and material handling
- Introduce tools, systems, and KPIs to improve supply chain efficiency and support rapid scale-up and commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience driving supply chain, logistics, or operations initiatives
- Experience supporting supply chains in advanced materials, chemicals, manufacturing, or energy storage environments
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software and ability to implement digital tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience:
- Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth startup environments

Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a critical role in developing next-generation DC Fast Charging systems for electric vehicles. This position focuses on designing robust, efficient, and manufacturable mechanical solutions for high-power electronics and energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in electronics packaging, thermal management, and structural design with a strong focus on design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Design:
- Design components for battery-integrated DC fast chargers and lab test equipment
- Fabricate and assemble prototype parts for design validation
- Documentation:
- Prepare detailed drawings of mechanical parts and electrical wiring harnesses
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for new and existing products
- Initiate and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for controlled documents, specifications, and work instructions
- Manufacturing Support:
- Resolve manufacturing/quality issues for parts and assemblies in production
- Design production test equipment and assembly aides
- Support production line setup
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in electronics packaging design
- Extensive design experience using PTC Creo Parametric CAD software package
- Understanding of the applications of ASME Y14.5
- Demonstrated success in designing for sheet metal, extrusion & injection molding processes
- Experience with mechanical fabrication in a lab environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Deep technical expertise in utility scale power systems, including design principles, installation techniques, commissioning processes, and operational best practices for components like high-voltage substations, solar PV arrays, wind integration, and energy storage solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
