Attorney - Renewable Energy Finance

Our client, an AM Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join their Project Finance team in New York. Qualified candidates should have 3-8 years of relevant experience from a peer firm. The successful candidate will work with project sponsors and financial institutions on the financing, acquisition, and development of major energy, power, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on renewable energy. The role will work directly with a partner who is know for sophisticated and complex renewables deals.

Compensation would be market with a billable hour expectation of 2000 hours.
