Job PurposeTo contribute to the development of functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.
Key Accountabilities- Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using computer-aided design software that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites with limited supervision. Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype and production drawings that result in setting the final specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles. Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation as required.
- Establish or contribute to establishing cost targets for responsible parts that contribute to achievement of the vehicle development targets and achieve the cost targets through optimizing difficult part/system designs and offsetting any spec changes after target fix through implementation of additional cost reduction ideas.
- Create and manage schedule of individual work to ensure deadlines are met, coordinate resource needs with supervisor, and effectively utilize contractor resources with limited supervision. Consistently communicate project status and participate or lead project meetings, discussions, and development events.
- Generate high-level ideas and contribute to building strategies that support the evolution of new technologies. Support or lead maturation of ideas to prepare for development applications with limited supervision.

Job PurposeProvide paralegal and administrative support to patent attorneys and agents in the Patent Prosecution and Patent Strategy departments of the Patent Division at AHM Law & IP business unit.
Key Accountabilities- Patent Filings and Data Management: Assist patent attorneys and agents with preparation and filing of patent applications with the US Patent Office (and post-filing prosecution), including data management in the patent database and docketing support for invention disclosures, patent searches, prosecution, and maintenance

Job PurposeProvide competent support for the assigned buyer/account representative activity.
Provide customer service to assigned account base in the purchase of steel-related raw materials.
Invoice customers for products sold and determine GP impact of the sale, including deviation management.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Sales Account Representative activities, assisting with expediting, customer supply issues, andproject support
- Support customer orders and expedite requests. Update customer requirements, input orders into MRPsystem, and generate weekly expedites
- Create monthly sales and purchase orders to allow for accurate and timely invoicing. Provide explanationsfor profit margins that are abnormal, and back up all invoices with written detail
- Process material claims promptly, processing claims and rejections, ensuring a timely follow-up by mill tech reps
- Control and maintain inventory through effective communication of inventory, transformation, and costissues. Work with the counterpart in the Inventory Management Team to resolve any outstanding issues
- Enhance the efficiency of daily operating procedures by analyzing current procedures for gaps and deficiencies
- Maintain filing system by keeping invoices filed and archived according to department procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience with financial analysis
- Customer Service-related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cost accounting

JOB PURPOSE
Deliver technical training to Honda and Acura automobiles dealership service personnel through assigned training center. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and facility to high standards. Training and maintenance must be in alignment with all Honda, State, and Federal standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory mandates. As a training expert, analyze training needs of districts, dealers, and technicians and make appropriate recommendations.
Key Accountabilities
Training Delivery - deliver technical training to dealer service personnel trough assigned training center and in-dealer training by the following:
- Ensure Dealer Repair Certifications are met on a monthly basis and fiscal year to date
- Ensure Dealer Diagnostic Certifications are met on a monthly basis and fiscal year to date
- Ensure Individual Repair Certifications are met on a monthly basis and fiscal year to date
- Ensure Individual Diagnostic Certifications are met on a monthly basis and fiscal year to date
- Facility Maintenance
- Make sure all the training center vehicles are bugged and ready for the technicians to diagnose the vehicles
- Make sure all of the necessary tools are available and ready for each day for technicians to use
- Maintain all vehicles and training center equipment
- Maintain professional associations
- Provide advice and support in the development of automotive technical training modules
- Accountable for the quality of training provided to our Honda/Acura technicians
- Special Projects
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- BA / BA in Automotive, Industrial, Education, Business or Associates degree in Automotive, Industrial, business, secondary / post-secondary Automotive Instructor Education, Automotive Service Technician
- Strong background in technical automotive field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, computer skills (PowerPoint, excel, word)
- Presentation skills
