Tester Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing to travel to designated data collection facility in Atlanta during normal business hours
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English
- Must have normal or close-to-normal hearing
- Must not be currently pregnant
- Must have normal vision OR able to wear vision-correcting glasses/contacts on the day(s) of the experiment
- Must have no history of epilepsy, seizures, or severe traumatic brain injury (i.e., concussion with nausea and/or memory loss)

The Driver Container safely operates a heavy-duty crane mounted truck and is responsible for loading, and transporting material containers to/from customer locations. Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments. • Hold department accountable and responsible for meeting the objectives and goals of the CTA and support an innovation-focused culture and mindset.
o Provide executive and policy direction to managerial, professional, and technical staff (including vendor and contractors) engaged in implementing technology functions.

• Represent the department and the CTA with various levels of management throughout the CTA and with other local agencies.
Collaborate with management and staff in the development of strategic and operating plans of the CTA.
• Lead the preparation and administration of the Capital and Operating budget of the Technology Department.
Oversee, manage and present operating budgets and capital investment requests to top CTA management and various funding and regulatory agencies to ensure mission-critical systems and infrastructure are kept in good working order (state of good repair).
Create technology capital plan and roadmap for infrastructure, system and technology asset renewal based on lifecycle requirements.
• Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates performance of staff.
Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
Develop strategies for maintaining staff skills and knowledge consistent with current industry standards.
Ensure coverage and succession planning for all personnel.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Technology, or a related discipline, plus ten (10) years of experience in managing technology applications, systems, devices, telecommunications infrastructure, projects, support and operations, of which five (5) years is in a staff supervisory or management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In addition, ten (10) or more years of experience in leading, large, cross-functional teams or enterprise-wide technology programs.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Management preferred.
• Experience managing Technology department in a public agency, transportation telecommunications or utility company preferred.
• Experience leading, developing, and implementing Technology strategy preferred.
• Experience developing and managing IT Policy and standards including IT enterprise Security.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time and constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.

WORKING CONDITIONS • General office environment.
• Working conditions are normally administrative in nature, but may periodically require employee to adjust to conditions to address the technical and project support needs of the CTA.
• This position is considered a "C-List" position under the “Revolving Door” prohibition within the State Officials and Employees Act (5 ILCS 430/5-45), which contains a number of post-employment restrictions CTA employees in C-list designated positions must follow.

AI Benchmarking & Performance Analysis: Execute and analyze standard AI benchmarks (MLPerf Training, MLPerf Inference, SPEC AI Benchmarks); build custom benchmarks for transformer models, LLMs, computer vision, multimodal models, and recommendation systems; interpret results to provide optimization recommendations at the hardware, OS, driver, and framework levels; document findings and drive improvements across the platform and AI software ecosystem.

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join the Technology team in New York. This individual will be responsible for both remote and in person support for all Employees. Duties include documenting, triaging, investigating, and resolving issues reported to the Service Desk. The Desktop Support Specialist will work closely with other teams within the technology department to understand the impact and root cause of issues. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance.
• Must work East Coast Market hours
• Manage trouble calls via our ticketing system, phone, remote, and desk side visits to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, Windows 10, Windows 11 and application issues
• Install and upgrade software, setup hardware and configure systems and applications such as MS Office, One Drive, Zoom, softphones, turrets, printers, scanners, bio metric, data encryption, VPNWIFI configuration, and firmware updates for deskside equipment such as Cisco phones
• Install and manage Spyware/Malware tools

• A basic understanding of Active Directory at the Organization Unit level

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-4 years of general IT Support with extensive customer-facing experience, would prefer the person to have trading desk support.
• Experience with incident management/ticketing system like ServiceNow
• Proficiency in current protocols, operating systems and standards including Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft/Office 365
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager/Endpoint Manager
• Experience with patch management and application deployment
• Expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and supporting desktops, laptops, applications, hard phones and WIFI devices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
• Experience providing ongoing support to C-suite executives
• Experience working in a similar role at a brokerage firm, private equity, hedge fund, asset management firm, or investment bank preferred

• Must be willing to get MS900 certification
