We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, upscale steakhouse located within LAX. This is a premier leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.

What You’ll Do

As the Unit General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the success of the restaurant, overseeing all aspects of operations, team leadership, and guest experience:

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless, high-end dining experience
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost controls in a high-volume environment
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
• Maintain exceptional standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory controls
• Ensure full compliance with airport regulations, health codes, and liquor licensing requirements
• Partner with executive leadership on business strategy, performance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Proven success managing high-volume operations (airport or travel hospitality experience strongly preferred)
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Expertise in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with changing demands
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in restaurant systems and Microsoft Office tools
