- Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value.
- Provide feedback to peers (BUMs, WCMs, Functional Managers (FMs) on cost and cost trends.
Forecast Development and Accuracy:
- Prepare timely forecasts for the department.
- Compare forward forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment and analysis.

The Safety, Security & Airworthiness organization is seeking to fill a Senior Manager position within the Enterprise Regulatory Administration team. This position is responsible for teams associated with the administration, oversight, and support of the FAA appointed Boeing Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Unit, including Engineering Unit Members, Inspection Unit Members, and Project Administrators who perform functions on behalf of the FAA. This includes overseeing the appointment, training, and annual assessment of the ODA Unit Members. This role will provide technical leadership to support the communication and resolution of complex regulatory and compliance issues with the FAA and ODA unit members.
The ideal candidate has experience in leading cross-functional teams, integration across IPTs, certification, safety, and systems engineering. Coordination with regulatory agency counterparts and internal stakeholders will also be central to this role.

The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering team to advance manufacturing by reducing cost, improving quality, expanding safety, and increasing on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering activities: process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Masterβs degree a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments; 8 years preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, results driven mindset.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
- Skilled in developing test methods, validation protocols, and performing root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills

Boeing Engineering & Technical Innovation is seeking talented individuals to join our Integrated Vehicle Systems team as a Senior Flight Engineering Manager to lead our Aerosciences team based in Hazelwood, MO and will require periodic travel to engage with cross-site teams, functional and business unit stakeholders, and customers.
This individual will manage and lead a team of talented engineers responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art development, application and transition of tools, methods and technologies across Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), applied aerodynamics, aero-acoustics and flow control addressing strategic capability needs from Boeing Commercial and Defense business units. The successful candidate will develop and maintain an expert, diverse team that supports Boeingβs one-company culture by collaborating with business units and functional partners.
Position Responsibilities:
- Sets strategic direction, growing and managing a portfolio comprised of internal and external research & development and business unit support.
- Provides resources, removes roadblocks and empowers team to ensure technical excellence within budget and schedule constraints
- Provides oversight of technical approaches, products and processes
- Interfaces with other organizations, internal/external customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio priorities, plans and project completion.
