Cardiac rehabilitation aims to help you recover from a cardiovascular event - such as a heart attack or heart failure - or other debilitating heart condition. This recovery process usually involves physical therapy, exercise and education to rebuild and maintain your heart strength.

The Cardiac Rehab Coordinator ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of a specific shift or segment of operations. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiology Technician performs radiographic procedures using fixed and portable units in the imaging department, nursing units, and operating suites. Assists physicians in fluoroscopy using fixed and portable units. Practices radiation safety and observes universal precautions at all times. Pursues professional development for the continual improvement of patient care. Performs related work as required.

• Utilizes appropriate resources to complete assignment within allocated time period.
• Adapts to changes in volume/acuity demands. Remains calm in crisis situations.

• Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and/or ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Summary

The Specialty Billing Representative processes and follows up on claim denials, underpayments, and overpayments to ensure appropriate resolution and reimbursement, and assists the pharmacy with Medicare audit-related billing information and patient balance collections.

• Prepares and submits medical claims weekly for Oncology, Infertility, Cystic Fibrosis, Transplant, and Pulmonary therapies.
• Analyzes, resolves, and resubmits rejected or underpaid claims for payment.
• Identifies trends and recommends process improvement opportunities that will result in DSO reduction, superior collection rate and intervals, and reduced bad debt.
