The Opportunity
As a dedicated Senior Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlement in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. This hybrid role requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL or Chesapeake, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
The Inside Senior Property Adjuster role is a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday – Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to an eight-hour work shift ranging between 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
What you'll do:
Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage.
Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

Determines and negotiates moderate complexity claims settlement. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.
Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.
Applies proficient knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools; Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage moderate complexity property insurance claims.

We are seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Claims Resolution Specialist to join our growing team in Andover, Massachusetts. Under general supervision, the Claims Resolution Specialist performs a variety of professional duties in support of IWP’s pharmacy services. This position is responsible for expediting payment from workers’ compensation insurance carriers, monitoring electronic billing rejections, and maintaining accounts receivable. This is a phone-based position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

- Review, investigate, and analyze claims to maximize recovery
- Monitor electronic billing rejections and take appropriate action
- Ensure proper filing of invoices and monitor billing statuses less than 60 days outstanding

- Serve as a liaison between insurance carriers, pharmacy benefit managers, patients, and internal company divisions

We are seeking an experienced Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Program Manager to oversee our IDR process under the No Surprises Act (NSA). While a third-party vendor handles dispute submissions, this role serves as the internal owner of the program—ensuring appropriate claims are identified, supported, and strategically managed to maximize reimbursement outcomes.

Responsibilities Drees Homes, one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the nation, is seeking candidates for a Construction Superintendent Trainee position in our Raleigh Division.

?? As a Construction Superintendent Trainee, you will be to assist an experienced Construction Superintendent on the job in communities of high volume or in multiple communities as part of a structured training program to become a Construction Superintendent.
?? The Construction Superintendent Trainee Program is designed to train, prepare and develop Trainees for future Construction Superintendent positions within the organization.
The expectation is to expose these individuals to every facet of the construction process from customer plan signing through the first year's warranty program.
Training will be in the form of shadowing, classroom and on the job training through a formalized program consisting of 9 modules.

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the progress and quality of all jobs under construction Set and maintain high standards of performance by subcontractors and suppliers Control costs by managing material usage Be proactive in answering customer questions about the building process Take an active part in subdivision and model maintenance Comply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirements Create framing, mechanical and insulation punch lists Utilize internal software/systems to show progress of job completion Other duties as necessary ?? Knowledge and Skills: The ability to assist with scheduling, cost control and quality control A self-motivated individual with a high energy level as well as a positive attitude The ability to hold subcontractors accountable for their work Strong work ethic, eager to learn and customer focused An individual who is dependable, detail oriented and open to change The ability to read and comprehend blue prints Excellent organizational skills Verbal and written communication proficiencies with internal and external customers Basic computer skills ?? Requirements: 2-4 year college degree in Construction Management/related field is preferred 2-4 years construction related experience preferred (This could be through an internship, short term position while in school, etc.) Experience using an iPad is ideal Passion for homebuilding and driven to succeed ?? As a Delivery Driver, you'll drive a vehicle, delivering around 300-375 Amazon packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (one day on Saturday or Sunday required) and 10 hours each day.
