Job DetailsGeneral Summary:
Under general supervision, manage the Non-Food Department and the total store when designated as the Manager on duty. Ensure efficient and effective inventory management, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation and quality customer service. Ensure a safe working environment and provide protection for company assets according to required procedures. Provides support to other managers as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- When manager on duty authorize and sign for refunds and overrides; count register; ensure money is deposited in bank.
- Assist in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cash accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
- Manage store in Store Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence.
- Assist Store Manager, and Assistant Manager as directed, in providing training for employees.
- While responsible for the Non- Food Department and processes, the Non-Food Managers specialized areas include:
- Assist in training assigned associates in the proper stocking of Non-Food products.
- Assist in training assigned associates in the proper presentation standards.
- Assist in training assigned associates in the proper execution of hourly recovery standards to model store standards.
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring adequate scheduling coverage. Assess work completion and follow up with associates regarding performance.

- Assist with ensuring all merchandise is presented according to established practices and plans. Utilize merchandise fixtures properly including presentation, product pricing and signage.
- Assist with POG execution, pricing integrity to include price changes, Was/Now, TRP, and Ad signs, as well as all Super Tuesday pricing and signing execution.
- Assist with Tote Inventory Management processes.
- Minimize damages and markdowns, ensure accurate scanning and paperwork, and follow inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with ensuring adherence to stated company security practices and cash control procedures when supervising operations in Store Manager's absence.
- Assist with ensuring that customers' needs and requests are routinely addressed in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain daily contact with customers to understand merchandise expectations and desires.
- Take a lead role in receipt and handling of new merchandise. Ensure sales shelf preparation and organization of staging areas for new deliveries. Direct and assist associates with unloading trucks. Direct new merchandise according to plan. Efficiently utilize storeroom square footage to stock reserve inventory. Ensure proper rotation of perishable food items.
- Follow all prescribed and outlined cash handling procedures. Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides. Count register. Deposit money in bank. Assist with financial integrity of the store through strict cash accountability, key control compliance, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.
- Assist with conducting safety meetings; help to maintain a clean, well-organized store and facilitate a safe and secure working and shopping environment. Assist in ensuring that all equipment is functional and maintained to a required level of safety and sanitation.
- Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications. Assist Store Manager in ensuring employee compliance. Complete all paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines.
- As requested by Store Manager, assist with entering payroll information into computer and providing specific training for employees. Backup Store Manager and/ or Assistant Store Manager in absence.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
- Ability to perform cash register functions.
- Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
- Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.

Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Account Manager who can run day-to-day customer needs and also convert inbound warm leads into new programs. You’ll own customer communication, coordinate internal execution, and move opportunities forward, from initial request to quote to launch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and follow-through, has a sales mindset, and can comfortably pick up the phone to progress warm opportunities. What You’ll Do
Account Management & Customer Execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and keep communication clear, fast, and organized.
- Coordinate programs with Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping to ensure smooth execution.
- Track key job details (specs, BOMs, artwork, packaging components, ship dates) and keep documentation current.
- Provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure customers stay confident in timelines and deliverables.
Inbound Warm Leads + New Business Support
- Take ownership of inbound lead flow (website inquiries, referrals, existing customer requests, warm introductions).
- Qualify inbound requests: understand product, volume, packaging format, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate internal inputs to build quotes and proposals (scope, assumptions, lead times, and pricing support).
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities from request → quote → decision → launch.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new SKUs, new formats, value-added services).
- Perform light outbound to drive growth: re-engage past inquiries, follow up on dormant quotes, and outreach to lookalike prospects in targeted categories.

The Foods Warehouse position is physically demanding; manual labor is required. The Foods Support team is responsible for providing support to the Food Service department through ice production and delivery, beverage machine maintenance and novelty food storage and delivery. This position requires a valid drivers license and you must be 18 years of age or older.

Foods Support Associates are required to interact with guests, other Associates, leads, and supervisors on a daily basis. Additionally, Foods Support Associatess are required to continuously work outdoors and closely with others. Will always be exposed to direct sunlight, dust, dirt, and water. Must be able to function in all weather conditions for long periods of time. Position Summary
The Reservationist handles all incoming calls and assists with making, changing and confirming restaurant reservations.The Reservationist will handle special requests for guests and external reservation calls including those for small private events, wine cellar bookings, ticketed events, specialty dinners and all events sold by the Food & Beverage department. This position reports to the Director of F&B.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls for all restaurants according to Forbes 5-star standards while assist guest needs over the phone or via email
- Actively guides the guest through the reservation process including reservation times, table splits, special menus, general dietary restrictions and seating preferences
- Makes, changes or cancels any reservations according to the reservation guidelines
- Complete reservations properly in the dining reservation software
- Maximizes restaurant seating and adheres to space and capacity constraints
- Well versed in menu offerings and able to answer general questions related to menu items
- Make sure that all restaurant-menus are current and up to date
- Ensure that all private dining menus are ready before the actual meal period
- Make copies, files and completes paperwork as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One-year related experience required
- Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively
- Proficient in the following; maintenance software (Alice), menu editing software (In Design), restaurant reservation software (Resy) and Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates expertise in the technical aspect of the job
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to do basic problem-solving
- Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers
- Ability to identify straightforward issues and propose simple solutions
