- Infrastructure Repair Technician - Data Center (NetOps)
- Job Summary:
- An Infrastructure Repair Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of infrastructure and equipment within our fast-paced data center environment. As a key member of the Edge Network Service Repair Team, you will be responsible for providing expert repair services, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions on cutting-edge technology.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and successfully resolve hardware problems on servers, storage systems, and network devices, utilizing advanced technical skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Repair and Replacement: Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including but not limited to:

- Ticket Management and Closure: Manage and close tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, communicating effectively and escalating issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and systems, recommending changes to optimize efficiency and quality of work.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Conduct routine monitoring of Task queue, Trouble Ticketing system, and Chatroom repair requests on equipment in the data center environment, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of issues.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document all work performed within the ticket portal, including diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Inventory Management: Maintain receiving and installing network devices, spare parts, and RMA equipment from vendors, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing downtime.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques, enhancing your skills and expertise.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and protocols when working with electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- On-call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours support for critical related issues outside of regular business hours and regular business hour on-call support as scheduled.
- Travel Requirements: Travel up to 15% of the time, as needed, to support data center operations and participate in training or meetings.
- Requirements:
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule 24x7x365 to support business operations, including weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts. This role may require overtime exceeding 40 hours per week.
- 2+ years of experience in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical background in computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership:
- Focuses on the team to identify and implement personal development opportunities, whether technical, project management, or personal
- Leads, trains, and mentors team members by acting as PM on select projects and meeting individual utilization expectations.
- Facilitates monthly 1:1 meetings with each direct report using a standardized 1:1 meeting tool, observe 2nd level reports during the initial 1:1 session with the team.
- Oversees Business Operations Specialist by ensuring contracts are added and updated, bi-weekly internal contracts meetings are held, and periodic client outreach occurs.
- Participates in company-wide initiatives as required.
Operations:
- Responsible for the successful coordination and completion of smaller, quick turnaround projects and larger, highly complex, longer cycle projects.
- Leads/co-leads scheduling of resources to achieve individual and team utilization targets as well as revenue goals.
- Reviews Consultant and Specialist level deliverables for content, consistency, and compliance while ensuring reporting standards and delivery timelines. Discusses findings with respective authors for development.
- Evaluates '2-Week Look ahead' by EOB Thursdays of the preceding week to ensure the team is efficiently deployed and coordinated. Partners with other team leaders across the business to fill any gaps in the schedule.
- Provides technical assistance and/or staffing availability input on proposals to the Market Development team.
- Provides periodic progress, reports, and other metrics as needed.
- Creates draft and submits final invoices consistent with timelines provided by Accounting.
- Reviews monthly accounts receivable and assists A/R team in client outreach for payment, as needed.
- Provides high-touch engagement with clients on projects warranting closer relationships and/or challenging projects.
- Fosters relationships with new & existing clients for tactical and strategic purposes

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering/Architecture-related discipline
- 8 years Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management in design, construction, or forensics.
- 2 years of Business unit leadership, and management responsibility to include managing staff, group revenue responsibilities, growth strategy, hiring/firing, and business development.
- PE or AIA license desired.

Responsibilities

The Sonographer provides diagnostic ultrasound tests for patients in the Maternal Fetal Medicine setting. The Sonographer works independently and with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women.
- Explains exam to patient and family prior to the commencement of the test to assure cooperation and optimum test results.
- Prepares patients for ultrasound examination and performs required Fetal Echo scans.
- Acquires anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data.
- Records/processes sonographic data and other pertinent observations made during the procedure.
- Creates a preliminary report for physician interpretation and review/signature.
- Assists physician during invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
- Recognizes equipment malfunctions and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of ultrasound supplies.
- Follows the accredited laboratory protocols for obtaining two-dimensional images, color flow, Doppler, and m-mode where applicable.
- Rotates as needed to cover Sonographer absences.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited sonography program with a degree in ultrasonography or equivalent.
- Maintain or be eligible for certification as an American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) in OB/GYN.
- Must provide evidence of continuing education credits to fulfill accreditation requirements.
- CPR certification required.
- Fetal echo certification required.
Experience
- Minimum six months experience as an ultrasound technician working in OB/GYN and/or MFM setting preferred.
