This position is based within the Customer Business Services Finance Shared Service Center and contributes to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting: Perform the month-end closing process related to the Salisbury Machinery Company shop. Prepare necessary journal entries and account reconciliations. Validate revenue and expenses related to sales and Cost of Goods Sold to ensure accurate recognition in adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards and Michelin policies.
- Systems and Reporting: Master the Visual and Oracle business management software used by the Salisbury manufacturing site. Improve the quality of financial data and reporting derived from these platforms.
- Inventory Management: Track the value of raw materials, finished goods, and Work-In-Progress inventory. Investigate monthly variances and implement necessary process improvements.
- Cost Management: Assist in planning the annual budget for the Salisbury machinery site. Update standard labor and overhead rates within the Enterprise Resource Planning system and ensure these rates align with actual operational costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Partners, the Retread Assistant Controller, and Cost Accountants to drive data-driven decisions and improve overall operations.
- Compliance: Maintain rigorous internal controls, support internal and external audits, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost and revenue accounting.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing or Oracle).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuit of Public Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.

Summary: Performs a variety of complex electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of electronics and/or electrical equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy onboard U.S. vessels/government installations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Reports directly to the Production Manager. Once assigned reports directly to the project Foreman in the performance of his/her responsibilities.
- Performs component and/or system troubleshooting to diagnose the problem and provide most cost-effective recommendation for completing repairs.
- Performs and/or verifies mechanical alignments.
- Ensures control and assumes responsibility for Level-1 material controls in accordance with Epsilon Systems Instructions.

Salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $111,000. Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, Network & Telecommunications, the Senior Network Engineer serves as the principal technical authority for the Cambridge Health Alliance enterprise voice and data network. This role entails the coordination of all network implementations, modifications, and maintenance, ensuring stringent alignment with the overall enterprise design. The incumbent will function as a senior engineer to LAN, WAN, and Cableplant engineers and technicians, thereby fostering high-quality, patient-centered care through the deployment of secure and innovative health IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and furnish recommendations for strategically appropriate support tools and systems, including network management platforms, traffic analysis solutions, and retrospective/prospective projection modeling.
- Lead the configuration, installation, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of micro-segmentation, routers, switches, wireless controllers and infrastructure, and other critical communication devices.
- Systematically monitor response times, bandwidth utilization, and resource availability to propose and implement performance enhancements. Utilize specialized surveying tools to optimize coverage and capacity within high-density environments.
- Design and administer the IP address scheme and associated IP address assignment mechanisms.

- Resolve complex and atypical network problems, employing advanced packet capture and protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark.
- Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of network hardware and software to ensure maximum operational efficiency and uptime.
- Maintain up-to-date, meticulously detailed network topological diagrams and documentation for the entire CHA network and all business partner connections.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
Education, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is required; equivalent significant professional experience (e.g., a minimum of 6 years total experience) may be substituted.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in network engineering within an enterprise environment is mandatory, with at least 5 years served in a Senior Network Engineering role.
- Experience within a large, distributed, and complex healthcare organization is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba.
- Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP, RIPv2, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, EVPN-VXLAN and 802.1x standards.
- Deep understanding and practical application of VLANs, data/voice trunking, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Link Aggregation Group (LAG), and layer 2/3 fault tolerance design.
- Proficiency in the configuration and management of Access Control Lists (ACLs), Firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and wireless security.

Job Summary:
The Music Studio Director (Part Time) is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality music program that teaches modern music production and performance, with a strong emphasis on rap and hip hop. This role guides youth through beat making, songwriting, vocal recording, mixing, and basic release planning while modeling and maintaining a safe, respectful, and creative studio culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
Program Development & Instruction:
- Teach core music production skills including beat making, sampling, MIDI programming, arrangement, vocal tracking, basic mixing and mastering, export, and delivery.
- Create and mix rap and hip hop music with youth, including instruction on flows, hooks, verse structure, ad libs, punch-ins, comping, and basic tuning.
- Instruct youth on Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Teach proper use of studio hardware including audio interfaces, microphones, MIDI controllers, studio monitors, and headphones.
- Lead audio and video projects that support BGCO goals and result in finished tracks, EPs, or other creative outputs.
- Design engaging classes, workshops, and a culminating showcase of youth work.
Studio Operations & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment care, troubleshooting, and overall studio readiness.
- Plan annual class calendars and ensure program policies are current and followed.
- Maintain attendance, registration, and project records for participants.
- Manage routine administrative needs related to the music studio program.
Youth Engagement & Collaboration:
- Recruit and retain program participants and support consistent attendance.
- Attend team meetings, support organizational events, and contribute to program strategy.
- Collaborate with site leadership, program staff, and development staff to align on goals and media needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support special programs and events as assigned.
- May be required to drive a Club van if authorized.
- Consult with parents or caregivers when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Relationships:
- Internal: Daily interaction with Branch leadership, program staff, and development staff to align on programming goals and media needs.
- External: Engagement with volunteers, guest artists, and donors as approved.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience creating and mixing rap and hip hop music.
- Proficiency with at least one professional DAW such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Practical knowledge of microphones, preamps, audio interfaces, MIDI controllers, and studio monitors, with the ability to set up, operate, and maintain equipment.
- Experience working with teens in creative or educational environments.
- CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire.
- Background check and TB clearance required prior to working with youth.
