Skechers Digital Team is seeking a Digital Data Architect reporting to the Director, Digital Architecture, Consumer Domain. This role is responsible for designing and governing Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 ecosystem, enabling identity resolution, high-quality data foundations, personalization, loyalty intelligence, and machine learning capabilities across digital and retail channels.


The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader, have hands-on full-stack technical knowledge in enterprise technologies related to Skecher’s consumer domain, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment. You should have knowledge of consumer programs from an architecture/industry perspective, and you should have strong hands-on experience designing solutions on the Salesforce Core Platform (including configuration, integration, and data model best practices).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Responsible for the full technical life cycle of consumer platform capabilities which includes:
  • Capability roadmap and technical architecture in alignment to consumer experience

  • Define and evolve Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 architecture, including identity resolution (deterministic and probabilistic matching) and unified customer profiles.

  • Design and oversee ML pipelines supporting personalization, churn modeling, and recommender systems.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to productionize models using distributed platforms such as Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow preferred).
  • Ensure secure data governance, access control (RBAC/ABAC), and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy regulations.
  • Provide architectural oversight ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives (LTV growth, personalization lift, engagement) into scalable data solutions.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years experience architecting enterprise data platforms in cloud environments.
  • 9+ years experience with data engineering with a focus on consumer data.
  • 6+ years experience working with Salesforce platforms, including data models and enterprise integrations.

Role and Impact

The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in coordinating the many moving parts of our marketing efforts from campaign launches to creative production to cross-departmental initiatives. Their work ensures alignment between internal partners, clarity in timelines, and consistency in output, allowing the team to deliver impactful, high-quality communications that advance the Federation’s mission.

Working closely with creative staff, internal clients, and leadership, this role translates ideas into actionable plans and provides the structure needed for successful execution. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end management of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, creative asset development, and content production
  • Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and task assignments to guide execution
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, ensuring all stakeholders understand scope, objectives, and roles
  • Serve as the central communication hub between Marketing and internal partners
  • Clarify project requirements, gather inputs, and align expectations across teams
  • Provide regular status updates and proactively communicate changes, risks, or blockers
  • Manage feedback cycles and ensure consolidated, timely input from all reviewers

Workflow Optimization & Process Management

About the role:

We are seeking a Dispatcher who excels in route assignments, driver communication, and real-time problem solving. In this critical role, you will be the central hub of communication for our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and drivers, ensuring the efficient execution of daily routes and the highest standards of delivery performance. This role is highly hands-on and requires constant presence on the dispatch floor—managing drivers, finalizing routes, solving issues quickly, and ensuring all packages leave the warehouse according to plan. The dispatch team is the final checkpoint, ensuring that every route leaves the building accurately, safely, and on time. This is not a desk or computer-heavy role. It is a floor-based operational control role requiring fast decision-making, clear communication, and strong situational awareness.


Key Responsibilities

1. Route Assignment & Dispatch Management

  • Finalize and assign daily routes to drivers and DSPs based on prepared manifests.
  • Ensure each driver receives the correct route sheet, package count, and load instructions.
  • Verify vehicles are loaded correctly according to the assigned route sequence.
  • Make quick adjustments when routes need rebalancing due to volume changes or issues.
  • Ensure every route leaves the building on time and with full clarity for the driver.

2. Driver Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dispatch-area questions from drivers.
  • Provide clear instructions, delivery expectations, and safety reminders before departure.
  • Ensure drivers are adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and DOT regulations.
  • Communicate changes or updates to drivers promptly.
  • Monitor route progress through check-ins and support drivers during their shift.

3. Operational Floor Presence

  • Maintain a strong presence in the dispatch area during departures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure totes and packages reach the correct routes.
  • Identify and correct mis-sorts or missing packages before departure.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to confirm all vehicles are in safe and optimal working condition.
  • Work with QA/QC on route exceptions requiring driver confirmation.

4. Problem Solving & Real-Time Decision Making

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex dispatch issues, service failures, or compliance concerns.
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies, delays, disruptions, incorrect loads, or delivery barriers quickly and efficiently ensuring minimal impact on service levels
  • Reassign packages or stops to maintain service levels.
  • Quickly address issues such as delays, incorrect loads, or delivery barriers.
  • Assist operational leads with urgent issue resolution during dispatch peaks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software or tools (route lists, scanners).
