Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead sustainment programs, new product development (NPD), and R&D initiatives for small turbine engine systems. Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of sustainment, development, and R&D programs across the turbojet engine portfolio

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer teams
  • Serve as primary customer interface for designated government and commercial contracts
  • Ensure compliance with defense/aerospace regulations and contractual requirements

New Product Development & R&D

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (Master’s or PMP a plus)
  • 7+ years of aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in program management
  • Hands‑on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), MS Project, and financial tracking systems
  • Proven success managing complex technical programs across the aerospace lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of turbine engine development, prototyping, qualification, and sustainment
  • Familiarity with DoD/FAA regulations, DFARS, ITAR, and related compliance standards
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, operational scaling, or facility start‑ups

Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Temporary/Per Diem Medical Assistant - In House Temporary Program (Full Time Coverage, As Needed).
In this role, the successful candidate The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians and/or Advanced Care Practitioners and nurses in providing patient care. This role is responsible for validating patient identifiers, preparing patients and rooms for examination, measuring and recording vital signs, drawing blood, and collecting other lab samples. The Medial Assistant is also responsible for administrative tasks, such as, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and performing data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains patient privacy as it relates to HIPPA standards.

• Assists with inbasket message management including any necessary tasks related to patient medical advice requests as per best practices
• Utilizes EPIC functionality to review and update patient records as well as maintain communication with peers and supervisors related to patient care
• Assists physicians with procedure and/or set-up according to the specialty where necessary 60;
• Stocks exam/treatment rooms and/or supply closets with medical supplies, linen and medical equipment as needed. Effectively communicates as supplies need to be replenished.
• Cleans and sterilizes designated equipment after use, , following organizational policy & guidelines, and with documentation of required competency in place.
• Supports FGP Clinical Quality Management by facilitating appropriate documentation and maintenance of clinical supplies and equipment.

• List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
• Documents patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent. Completion of a Medical Assistant Program from an accredited institution OR upon hire hold a current medical assistant Certification from a Nationally Recognized accredited institution (such as American Association of Medical Assistant(AAMA); American Medical Technologies (AMT); National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); National Healthcare Association (NHA)). Competencies: Working knowledge of English is evident in verbal, reading and writing abilities; other language an asset; demonstrated ability in computer skills. Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a team work environment which pursues a positive patient care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
MA experience preferred. EKG, phlebotomy and venipuncture experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Program Leadership: Extensive experience program management, PMO leadership, governance, financial management, and large-scale delivery enablement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in life sciences, clinical research, bioinformatics, health informatics, and public health.
  • Leadership & Business Acumen: Proven ability to lead distributed teams, manage complex stakeholder environments, and influence at the executive level.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success supporting client growth, solution design, and consulting delivery models.
  • Federal Health IT Experience: Experience supporting HHS, NIH, NCI, or similar agencies strongly preferred.

Position Summary

The Director of the Child Care Center provides strategic leadership, operational management, and regulatory oversight for the organization’s childcare services. This role ensures a safe, high‑quality, developmentally appropriate environment for children while aligning the Center’s operations with the organization’s caregiver experience strategy. The Director leads staff development, program quality, compliance, family engagement, and operational excellence, ensuring the Center supports both children and caregivers effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Quality Management

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for childcare programs serving infants through pre‑K and school‑age children.
  • Ensure developmentally appropriate, evidence‑based curriculum and instructional practices.
  • Maintain high-quality learning environments using recognized frameworks (e.g., CLASS, Creative Curriculum, state quality standards).
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts based on program data, assessments, and compliance findings.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

  • Build a positive, supportive, inclusive culture that models high-quality childcare practices.

Family Engagement & Communication

  • Foster strong relationships with families through communication, responsiveness, and engagement opportunities.
  • Promote programs that strengthen family/caregiver involvement and trust.
  • Address family concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring transparency and partnership.

Strategic Alignment & Caregiver Experience Integration

  • Align Center operations with organizational caregiver experience goals and well‑being strategies.
  • Partner with HR, benefits, and employee experience teams to ensure the Center supports workforce needs (e.g., scheduling, priority slots, wrap‑around care).
  • Utilize data from satisfaction surveys, trends, and utilization to inform program improvements.
