What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for a Data Access Deputy Program Director. The Data Access Deputy Program Director is responsible for supporting the overall delivery of the program. This role involves overseeing multiple tasks, coordinating with task Program Directors, and ensuring that deliverables meet Statement of Work (SOW) objectives with high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position supporting the NIH office in Bethesda, MD.
Accountable for all aspects of program delivery in coordination with the Program Director.
May oversee multiple concurrent tasks and ensure alignment with program goals.
Responsible for planning, execution, control, and direction of programmatic and technical work performed under the contract.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet or exceed SOW requirements.
Maintain satisfactory-to-superior levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
What You Will Need:
Master's or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Public Health, Health Services, or a comparable discipline.
A minimum of TEN (10) years of experience in federal contract management or a comparable field.
A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience on contracts of similar size and complexity.
Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or professional certifications relevant to the role.
Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including compliance, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

A minimum of SIX (6) years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $171,000.00-$285,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Job Summary: The Epic Director is responsible for providing executive, strategic, and operational leadership for the implementation of enterprise Epic systems. Reporting to the Vice President of the Epic Program, DirectorEpic is the project leader overseeing implementation and operational activities for the Epic system. The individual will be part of a consortium team with colleagues at affiliated institutions, consisting of project managers, analysts, and developers with acute care clinical system domain expertise. This position works closely with clinical and business leadership and leads a multidisciplinary team inthe design, implementation, workflow optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to inpatient clinical applications. This position requires broad knowledge of clinical systems such as the Epic platform, along with inpatient clinical workflow and business processes. As a Director for the enterprise Epic initiative, this individual will collaborate with peer domain-specific directors forenterprise Epic, as well as appropriate technical and operational leaders from affiliated institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and support complex inpatient EHR modules. Modules will support clinical documentation, computerized clinician order entry, electronic results review, clinical decision support, secure messaging, and charge capture. The scope of work includes establishing business objectives, defining workflow, and standardizing clinical content.
- Manage and supervise full-cycle implementation activities and daily operations of a group composed of highly skilled project managers and technical and analytic employees with domain expertise in inpatient clinical systems.

- Manages project plans, operating budgets, reports, spreadsheets, and other presentations necessary for the proactive communication and management regarding your projects to other administrators, users, and relevant affiliates.
- Work collaboratively with clinician leaders, business offices, and information technology offices of all consortium members to coordinate operational planning and support for core information services and technical infrastructure. Keep informed of system developments with the institution and affiliates as well as within the industry and related vendor realm
- Negotiate and resolve project issues and escalations, including scope creep, and other risks associated with executing on the project plans. Ensure adherence to the project budget and identify and communicate any factors that may cause a budget variance.
- Prepares annual operating and capital expense budgets for project deliverables. Manages project budgets and approves expenditures.
- Provides and maintains effective communication with hospital management to define the priorities of projects, including equipment acquisitions, requirements of management and staff, and allocation of departmental resources. Presents reports to keep hospital administration informed of project development and any deviation from projected goals.
- As a key stakeholder in the effective execution of the project charter, he makes recommendations to ensure that the IT strategic plan is aligned with the organizations business objectives.
- Manages vendor relationship management with appropriate counterparts at Epic to coordinate resource planning, project deliverables, and technical specifications.
- Performs all duties inherent to a managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.

Hands Of Healing's Security Guards will be responsible for providing twenty-four (24) monitoring seven (7) days a week (to include holidays). SGs are scheduled to provide twenty-four (24) hour surveillance of the program grounds, to include monitoring the perimeter of the program grounds and ensure unauthorized individuals are not permitted access into the premises. SG are responsible for controlling facility access, always guarding the property.
This position relays any concern that might represent a danger to clients, staff, property and vehicles to the Program Director or Designee. They are also required to provide support when investigations are being conducted, when called upon to do so.

Position Description:
Serves as the Technical Director (TD) for the Naval Shipbuilding and Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence (NSAM CoE), a program within the Naval Technologies Division. The TD will provide key management and programmatic support to accomplish the core mission of identifying, developing, and transitioning advanced shipbuilding and manufacturing technology to U.S. shipbuilders and other relevant defense industry. The TD provides technical assessments and recommendations on specific shipbuilding and other naval related technologies as required by the Government. The TD is a key part of the program efforts to develop and maintain working relationships and technical interchanges with shipyards and/or other relevant industries, with a focus on facilitating technology transfer to the nation’s shipyards and other defense industries. The TD is intimately involved in the program's efforts to reduce the cost and time to build and repair the key naval platforms that are identified in the government sponsor's Program-directed Investment Strategy.

Essential Functions:
With only occasional guidance needed from the Executive Director or Division Lead, responsible for the NSAM CoE’s project development activities. Provides technical, programmatic, and financial oversight and guidance to the various project teams in executing a diverse R&D portfolio.
- Assures that project management and technical oversight activities are performing satisfactorily.
- Provides technical assessments and recommendations on specific shipbuilding and other naval related technologies.
- Researches and assesses technical/technology advancements in related ManTech focus areas. Includes identifying novel solutions/industry members in support of the Navy’s investment strategy
- Attends and participates in meetings dealing with the operations and management of the NSAM CoE, outreach conferences and symposia, strategic planning activities and any other meetings as needed.
- Assists NSAM CoE technical staff in developing/preparing the project Statement of Work, establishing project deliverables, completion criteria and Go/No-Go metrics, as as other sponsor-directed deliverables.
- Participates in selected project kickoff meetings, quarterly reviews, and periodic project update teleconferences.
- Assists NSAM COE Executive Director and Deputy Director in personnel and resource allocations.
- Interacts daily with the Division and NSAM CoE staff, contracts personnel and financial personnel.
- Travels and participates in ManTech Conferences/Workshops as directed by the NSAM CoE government sponsor. The events vary, but typically includes the Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC), ShipTech, NSRP All Panel Meeting and other approved conferences/workshops. The government sponsor may also direct participation/ attendance at other National and International Technology Trade Shows.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Review technical deliverables and external project presentations as needed.
- Travel and participate in meetings in support of Project Development and Management efforts. Typically, these meetings include future FY planning meetings at specific shipyards and industrial facilities; project kickoff and coordination meetings, final project reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A technical BS degree in Engineering, Science or a related field from an accredited university plus five years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing technology development programs required. An advanced degree highly preferred. Additional years of relevant experience in program development and management highly preferred.
- A thorough understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies with the ability to recognize areas of manufacturing needs and evaluate potential solutions related to the Naval Research Enterprise required. Experience with digital manufacturing associated with digital twin/thread processes highly preferred.
- Experience in identifying technology needs and understanding of technology transition/implementation processes required. Experience working with Navy and/or Marine Corps commands/program offices preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired. MS Access experience a plus.

The Opportunity:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations and ensuring all scheduled events are executed smoothly and professionally. THE POSITION We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Software Engineer position for our Platform Engineering team which is responsible for designing and building tools and workflows for our internal software engineering teams. These systems will allow them to build and deploy applications effortlessly, allowing them to focus on building business functionality for their users. Your work will directly support enterprise-wide initiatives, helping teams across the organization streamline operations, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and collaborating with other engineers to create highimpact internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience enabling IT organizations to work more efficiently, standardize best practices, and reduce friction across the development lifecycle. This includes creating reusable components, automation frameworks, and platform capabilities that empower our engineering teams.
KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
- Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
