*Summary: *Responsible for applying knowledge of sound early childhood education, development concepts, and principles within the goals and philosophy of the center by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Plans and implements a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly lesson plans, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis.
· Provides a safe, responsive, and stimulating environment by actively engaging children in daily activities and routines.
· Communicates regularly with each parent about the program and their child’s progress.
· Completes children’s evaluations and assessments as required and maintains accurate knowledge of documentation in children’s files.
· Abides by all applicable Health and Safety policies and maintains a clean and sanitary classroom environment.

*Supervisory Responsibilities:* Directly supervises associate teachers, aides, and volunteers in the classroom. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
*Qualifications:* Must be at least 18 years of age. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All applicants must be able to obtain Act 33/34, FBI, and NSOR clearances, and complete a physical screening.
*Education/Experience:*
Current CDA credential, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required. At least two years of experience working with children three to five years in a childcare center setting required. Core Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Systems Development

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team at our Lake Zurich, IL location. In this on-site role, you will assist customers by providing exceptional service, demonstrating products, and offering knowledgeable recommendations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, restocking shelves, maintaining store displays, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming. You will operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and support the execution of promotional initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including an ability to recommend and demonstrate products effectively.
- Organizational and multitasking skills for inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining appealing displays.
- Basic technological proficiency, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude when handling customer inquiries and problem-solving.
- Passion for toys, educational products, and enriching children’s learning experiences is a plus.
