As a Senior Accountant at Reliable Robotics, you will report to the Controller. You will take ownership of a wide breadth of accounting responsibilities to maintain and improve upon the processes and standards that will guide Reliable into the future. You'll work with stakeholders across the company and within the finance team, developing your experience to help set the direction for our financial governance.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:

• Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities

• Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles

• Assist with our company's financial audits including audit schedule support

• Support consolidations with our company's subsidiary

• Prepare hourly & salaried payroll for semi-monthly processing

• Credit card and expense reimbursement program management

• Support data migration and UAT testing for ERP system implementation

• Coordinate tax filing compliance with outside tax compliance team: federal, state, etc.

Basic Success Criteria

• BA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• CPA certification or Strong US GAAP knowledge

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, and laws

• Manufacturing experience

• 2-5 years of public/private accounting experience

You will be working on building or improving existing automation to support standardization efforts, with a focus on end-user facing endpoints.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. You will be involved in the design and implementation of tools and their supporting infrastructure, to improve the daily experience of our users across the entire business. This will include managing SaaS services, managing physical infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure to support the needs of the teams at Reliable. You will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities for standardization, improvement of the user experience, and training various teams, including the IT/Security teams you will be working on, for redundancy when new tooling is introduced.

Basic Success Criteria

• 5+ years of experience supporting business needs in IT

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Basic networking skills and understanding of basic network services (vlan/routing/wifi/dhcp/dns/etc)

• Previous management of in-office infrastructure (wifi, printing, etc)

• Experience with MDM platforms to manage Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and Windows 11 devices

As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the company to develop and execute flight test plans.

Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.

Basic Success Criteria

• FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine

• Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)

• Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

• 2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role

Preferred Criteria

• Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience

• Recent Caravan or PT6A experience

As a Sr. Master Scheduler / Buyer at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in building relationships with key industry partners/suppliers, driving supplier execution for safety-critical systems, and continuously improving our supply chain processes. You will be part of the Production organization, a growing team of highly motivated professionals passionate about delivering high-quality products and services on time, with unquestionable quality. You will have hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supplier relationship management, procurement, inventory management, and kitting. You will also mitigate supply risks, resolve procurement discrepancies, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while acting as the liaison between engineering, quality, and manufacturing. These responsibilities require a strong understanding of the aerospace/aviation market, business objectives, and supplier capabilities to ensure success. This position requires coordinating with internal customers, managing a complex supplier portfolio, and communicating with leadership to develop, implement, and achieve business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral team member directly contributing to the certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRP master scheduling for non-recurring engineering, formal engineering development, certification, and production projects, including conducting capacity analyses to mitigate short and long-term schedule risks, identify systemic issues, resolve shortages, and develop strategies to enable a healthy supply chain

• Ensure predictable and uninterrupted supply by analyzing MRP messages, managing master data, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory replenishment strategies, and expediting deliveries with suppliers

• Develop and implement strategies to drive supplier selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development, and administration

• Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including business/financial, capabilities, capacity, quality, throughput, technical capability, and risk assessments

• Prepare, issue, and analyze request for quote (RFQ) / request for proposal (RFP) packages, evaluate quotes, translate engineering requirements into clear requests, negotiate with suppliers, place purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and manage constraints and supplier performance

• Develop sustainable relationships with our partners, suppliers, or distributors

• Drive cost savings through leveraging volume pricing agreements with suppliers

• Develop and mature internal supply chain policies, procedures, and instructions

• Develop, monitor, and continuously improve key supplier performance indicators and manage supplier improvement plans

• Root-cause systemic supply chain issues, leading cross-functional teams to implement permanent fixes, facilitate assembly/integration alignment discussions, and drive blocker resolution

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, or Engineering

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supply chain management, contracts/subcontracts, legal, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems

• Ability to ramp up quickly on new concepts, technologies, and opportunities, and a passion for solving hard problems with analysis and creativity

Preferred Success Criteria

• Experience with quality systems (e.g. AS9100, ISO9001, or FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval)

• Experience in lean manufacturing, just-In-time (JIT), kanban, or other purchasing and inventory management strategies

• Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.)

• Own the full supply chain lifecycle: sourcing, procurement, supplier development, planning, logistics, and cost control
