A respected community health organization serving Michigan s Upper Peninsula is seeking a General Dentist for its new clinic in Iron River, MI. This is an ideal role for a provider who values autonomy, rural living, and making a real difference in patient lives. The location offers year-round outdoor recreation, a close-knit community, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights- Brand-new clinic with 6 modern operatories
- Single-doctor practice model
- Dedicated support from 2 Dental Assistants and 2 Dental Hygienists
- General dentistry focus: exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions
- Root canals are optional
- Patient population: approximately 90% adults, 10% children
- Monday to Friday schedule: 8 AM 5 PM
- No call, no weekends
- H-1B visa sponsorship available
This role is open due to staffing transitions during COVID and a provider returning home to be with family. The clinic is part of a regional health system that has a strong presence throughout the Upper Peninsula and a reputation for delivering quality care to underserved communities.
Compensation & Benefits- $175,000 base salary
