Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, directly supporting the CHRO and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
This role will lead a team of HR Generalists and oversee the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state environment, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and performance management
- Lead and develop HR team members while ensuring strong execution of day-to-day HR operations
- Manage employee relations, including complex issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Oversee onboarding, performance cycles, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws and company policies
- Support change management initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
- Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or senior advisory roles
- Experience leading HR teams in a multi-state U.S. environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
