JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S.

Air Force, Space Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II.

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES Evaluates system specifications, deploys enterprise computer systems, configures enterprise system services, establishes standards, ensures hardware/software compatibility and maintains server systems focusing on the Operating System and the network.

Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Performs the daily operational support on the computer Operating System to include system security, access, configuration, backups and restores Specifies network requirements, monitors local area network (LAN) performance, troubleshoots networking hardware and insures system is working properly according to specifications and parameters.

Organizes and secures directory structure and assists/trains staff members in the use of department Document Management (DM) Systems, associated databases and Configuration Management (CM)/ DM release procedures Specifies hardware requirements and provides Computer Authorization and custodial receipt listings to track equipment configurations and identification logs Serves as point of contact (POC) for problem reporting, incremental version updates and monitors yearly support contracts Makes recommendations for future hardware/software implementations and related process improvements, schedules, plans and performs system upgrades including the transition from design, test, production and documentation environments Provides operational status as required Uses established policies, procedures, and subject matter knowledge to complete complex assignments requiring originality and ingenuity performed under minimum supervision with considerable latitude for independent contribution Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.

SALARY The expected pay range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 annually.

- Hybrid Position Description A Senior Load Balancer Engineer is responsible for leading and/or working on the most complex IT infrastructure, modification, installation, testing, implementation, and support of new or existing system hardware and software products.

This classification needs to plan, install, configure, test, implement and manage core system hardware and software products in support of an organization’s IT architecture and business needs.

The Senior Load Balancer Engineer, in maintenance and support of F5 Load Balancers, is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) load balancer functions to include creating virtual servers, pools/pool members, nodes, monitors, and iRules.

The Senior Load Balancer Engineer will be responsible for all load balance support for cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform – GCP, IBM Cloud), planning and upgrading the systems on a regular basis, checking the health of all the systems, and making necessary changes as required.

Job Summary

Technology Services Organization (TSO) at Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking to hire a Research Technologist I to Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity within the College of Computing.

This is a hybrid working position.

Responsibilities

Work with the TSO research team in the technical support of research activity, including:

• Provide point of contact and customer interface regarding TSO's support of college research technology resources.
• Work with faculty, researchers and graduate students with the acquisition, research, development and implementation of research resources, and integration of advanced technologies involving work in research data center and lab environments.
• Work with Research Lab Managers in support of strategic research facilities.

Your key responsibilities:

 

• Cloud Migration Support - Participate in migration execution tasks, including validation, testing, and post‑migration checks to ensure systems meet operational standards.
• Azure Administration and Support - Assist with the administration and operational support of Azure environments, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
• On-Prem Environment Support - Assist with on‑premises infrastructure support, including server builds, decommissions, and basic configuration tasks.
• Infrastructure Automation - Implement automation practices using Terraform, Ansible, and Semaphore to assist the team in building the next generation of infrastructure deployments on premise or in Azure cloud

- Both Overview Information Systems Technicians, Cryptologic Technician Networks, and Intelligence Specialists keep the Fleet connected, informed, and secure by operating and defending networks, conducting cyber operations, and producing intelligence for decision makers across the Navy.

Key Responsibilities As an Information Systems Technician, design, operate, secure, and restore networks, servers, and communication systems that support naval operations; as a Cryptologic Technician Networks specialist, conduct offensive and defensive cyber operations, investigate and track adversary activity, and help protect Navy networks and critical systems; as an Intelligence Specialist, collect and analyze information on adversaries, environments, and weather and create intelligence products and briefings for commanders.
