The Opportunity:
The Facilities Operations Landscape department within Facilities and Business Operations is looking for a Landscaper II to join their team! This will be a member of the Landscape Operations Projects team responsible for skilled installation and renovation of campus landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Support the Landscape Operations Projects Team by assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing landscape installation projects across campus.
Perform site preparation and install, transplant, or remove trees, shrubs, groundcover, and other landscape materials.
Assist the Hardscape Team with concrete removal and repairs, paver walkway work, pothole patching, and other small hardscape projects.
Provide support to the Urban Forestry team, including pruning, tree removals, stump grinding, and related tasks.
Remove, repair, and install site furnishings such as benches, trash receptacles, and other outdoor fixtures.
Coordinate project handoffs by identifying maintenance needs and providing sitespecific recommendations to maintenance crews.
Operate landscape and construction equipment safely and effectively as needed for project work.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of landscape operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of 9th grade and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combinationof education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of landscape experience in a commercial or corporate environment, including installation, renovation, or multiphase outdoor project work.
Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, stump grinders, chainsaws, compactors, trenchers, or similar tools.
Familiarity with identifying plant materials and understanding proper planting techniques.
Knowledge of hardscape practices, including concrete repair, paver installation, or sitefurnishing installation.
Experience assisting with tree work (urban forestry), such as pruning, removals, or stump grinding.
Ability to work in extreme environments and collaborate with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences.
The most successful candidates may possess the following qualities:
Knowledge of proper maintenance of equipment: Cleaning, preserving finishes, checking fluid levels, and lubricating.
Basic computer skills, including email.
Basic communication skills in English in order to: Work effectively with customers; Operate and demonstrate the functions of the electronic equipment; Utilize telecommunication devices.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. They will also provide daily Plant Technical support, enabling the Plant to meet its Safety, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist management with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. They will also complete design studies, follow procurement and fabrication of equipment and lead the installation, commissioning and startup of the equipment in an industrial plant environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO
* Conduct feasibility studies of functional specifications; evaluate solutions against the criteria of cost, landmarks, risks, and functionality.
* Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
* Acquire validation of projects during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.
* Facilitate procurement, factory acceptance tests, and maintain "as built" folders for assigned material and equipment projects.
* Provide project support, especially during installation. Start-up and ramp up phases, are often "on-site" and "hands on", and several projects include implementation schedules during planning site downtime.
* Create budget estimates and bid packages on assigned projects.
* Provide project documentation: mechanical designs, technical offer, safety risk assessment, quality risk assessments, maintenance & operator training documents and user manuals.
* Lead mechanical contractors or maintenance installation teams during equipment modifications & machine installations through start-up and commissioning.
* Provide project support, especially during installation, start-up and ramp up phases, is often "on-site" and "hands on", and many projects include implementation schedules during holidays and shutdowns.

Job Overview:
Continental Tide is seeking an experienced and skilled Welder II for our Norfolk, VA office beginning on or around June 2nd . The successful candidate will join our Fleet Services Group performing various ship repair, modernization and Alteration Installation Team (AIT) projects.
Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Knowledgeable in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
- Perform various welding processes to repair, modify and install various pipes, structures, foundations and fittings associated with shipboard hydraulic, pneumatic and water systems.
- Fabricate and install fixtures and jigs required for welding process alignments.
- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
- Must be able to select required welding filler materials, joint design, heat ranges and most effective or required welding process/procedure to ensure quality welding operations IAW TWD.
- Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness and adherence to NAVSEA, ABS & AWS standards. Installs or repairs equipment, such as pipes, valves, floors and tank linings.
- Leads technical project teams, schedules, reports and briefs customers and senior management.
- Performs duties outside of specialty in order to complete installation or work assignment.
- Experience in SMAW, GMAW & GTAW, Ship Fitting and OXY ACC & Propane GAS Cutting torch.

Mandatory:

The Automation Technician ensures reliable operation of sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing systems by installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting automation components, process instrumentation, drives, motors, control devices, clean utility systems, and aseptic production equipment. The role supports continuous and compliant operations under cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and cleanroom standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors and transmitters for pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, and environmental monitoring.
- Support in performing GMP‑compliant calibrations with complete traceability and accurate documentation.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot motors, pumps, fans, drives, control devices, and sterile manufacturing equipment.
- Perform conduit bending, cable routing, wire pulling, cable termination, tray installation, and equipment connections in accordance with plant procedures.

The Sr Mechanical Superintendent leads field execution of mechanical scope on mission-critical data center projects. This role owns day-to-day onsite leadership for mechanical activities: safety, subcontractor coordination, installation quality, schedule adherence, testing readiness, and turnover support. Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.
The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.
Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.
An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.
To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.

This opportunity is in Woodburn, Indiana in our BF Goodrich Tire Plant. Woodburn is a small town located about 30 mins east of Fort Wayne, IN. Fort Wayne is the cultural and economic center of northeastern Indiana and the second largest city in Indiana. Established in 1961, our plant makes passenger and light truck tires.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital execution, as well as Plant Technical support, enabling the plant to meet its Safey, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist project teams with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. They will also complete design studies, follow procurement and fabrication of equipment and lead the installation, commissioning and startup of the equipment in an industrial plant environment. For customer projects, manages the design studies for industrial equipment installations that are necessary for the success of the Plant's capital projects. She / he will ensure adherence to the customer's specifications, local regulations, compliance of performance, and costs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct feasibility studies of functional specifications; evaluate solutions against the criteria of cost, landmarks, risks, and functionality.
- Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
- Acquire validation of key project milestones during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.
- Facilitate procurement, acceptance inspections, and maintain "as built" drawing packages for assigned material and equipment projects.
- Create budget estimates and bid packages on assigned projects.
- Provide project documentation: mechanical designs, technical offer, safety risk assessment, maintenance & operator training documents and user manuals.
- Lead mechanical contractors or maintenance installation teams during equipment modifications & machine installations through start-up and commissioning.
- Providing project support, especially during installation, start-up and ramp up phases, is often "on-site" and "hands on", and many projects include implementation schedules during holidays and shutdowns.
- Actively support the plant with designed solutions to improve Production, Quality, Maintainability, and Safety metrics.
- Design tooling for a critical part of the machines that make our high-quality products.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer service skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivation with a high degree of integrity and able to perform job duties with minimal direction on a timely basis.
- Experience with mechanical design standards; OSHA, ASME, ANSI, ISO, etc.
- Proven knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Power BI.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree (ABET Accredited) with at least 3+ years of manufacturing and/or machine design experience.
- Project Management experience preferred
- Engineering document management experience, Siemens Team center or similar
- Experience with mechanics of materials, stress analysis and FEA is preferred
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, piping and fittings
- Experience with lifting devices, cranes, jibs, below the hook devices & end-effectors
- Knowledge of sizing and selection of motors, reducers and servos
- Knowledge of advanced technologies, AGV, robotics, ASRS, AI and machine learning

About the Position:
