We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Bar Manager to lead bar operations at our Palo Alto location. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for beverage programs, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and consistency.
• Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Monitor daily bar activities, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs.
• Analyze beverage costs, pricing strategies, and sales performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and resolving complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with restaurant management on events, promotions, and special functions.
• Control labor costs through effective scheduling and staff planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing laws, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits & cocktails
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems and bar operations software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in Spanish or Mediterranean concepts is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• From $64,000 – $78,000 annually, based on experience
• Medical insurance
