Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the full interview process for candidates and clients
- Manage submissions and candidate flow in Salesforce, ensuring all activity is documented and up-to-date
- Create engaging job postings and manage job board activity
- Conduct professional reference checks and ensure documentation is client-ready
- Facilitate offer letters, background checks, and start dates

- Assist with administrative items such as reporting, sales research, and marketing initiatives
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and act as back-up for office management including reception
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
