The Enterprise Certification Processes team is seeking a Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Certification Systems Engineer - Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness to join our team in Everett, WA. The Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness (RA&A) Enterprise Certification Processes team is centrally responsible for integration of certification processes across our Global Enterprise (Commercial, Defense and Global Services). Position Overview:
- Leads/Contributes to cross-functional teams resulting in resolution of technical and certification issues.

Senior Project Manager – Design and Construction Services
The Design and Construction Services (DCS) group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver world-class design and construction of facilities and infrastructure projects in support of world-changing scientific research. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, procurement, design, construction, and close-out/transition to operations of project scopes ranging from $1M to $200M. The organization currently has multiple ongoing projects to improve scientific research capabilities and to maintain existing infrastructure, including backbone utility systems and experimental spaces such as research laboratories, cleanrooms, and associated MEP systems.
The Senior Project Manager could be assigned to one major project (>$30M) or several minor projects. Major projects include Department of Energy line-item projects such as critical utilities infrastructure revitalization and large-scale research facility upgrades. Minor projects include a wide range of infrastructure improvements such as electrical distribution system repairs and upgrades, cooling tower replacements, roadway repairs, and pipeline/culvert repair and replacements.
When serving on a major project, the Senior Project Manager is accountable to the Project Director or Infrastructure System Manager. Department Overview
The Transmission System Planning (TSP) department performs Interconnection studies, multi-year assessments and develops a portfolio of transmission expansion plans and projects to meet the company's transmission needs for delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers while adhering to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) planning standards. The members of TSP actively participate in the NERC and WECC standard development process for electric transmission reliability. The department is also involved in developing transmission expansion policy and strategy to meet the Company's RPS goals. In addition, the department provides support to project implementation groups, operations, law, contract and other internal departments.
Position Summary
This position is represented by the Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) subject to collective bargaining.
The Senior Advising Engineer is a recognized expert within their area of responsibility, and someone who can apply their extensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices and system analysis to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

Job Responsibilities
Basecase Preparation
- Understand methodology, constantly seek improvements in the methodology and manage approval process for PG&E’s transmission load forecast.
- Primary lead and/or advisor in developing complex models
- Primary lead/advisor in developing methodology and assumptions complex issues.
Transmission System Studies
- Develop innovative solutions for complex transmission issues
- Participate as lead transmission planner in multi-department project team to develop project scope for large, complex projects including interstate bulk transmission projects.
- Lead WECC wide study or study groups
- Primary lead on inter-regional planning efforts
- Provide guidance on planning criteria, standards, and regulations
Project Implementation
- Lead in the implementation of projects involving inter-regional coordination including but not limited to path ratings and inter-regional RAS studies, settings and designs.
- Lead in the implementation of projects that require complex permitting proceedings, including CPCN.
- Compliance and Regulatory
- Support or lead compliance and regulatory audits as necessary

Qualifications
Minimum:

Job Summary:
Functions under the direction of the Cath - EP Lab manager/Director. The cardiovascular technologist III assists with providing safe, age-appropriate care to the patient by performing cardiovascular cath with PCI and/or electrophysiology procedures provided by the department according to department procedures. The technologist has the knowledge and ability to obtain a quality diagnostic study properly and safely. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases. The cardiovascular technologist III is responsible for maintaining sterile technique during procedures and assisting the Cath Lab Manager/Director in the maintenance of a safe and efficient environment dealing primarily with adults eighteen to sixty-five, and geriatric patients over the age of sixty-five. Has a minimum of 3 years of experience performing invasive cardiovascular procedures. The cardiovascular technologist III participates in the cath or EP call rotation. The ability and willingness to proficiently precept/mentor new employees as requested by manager.
