Position Summary
The Jazz Power Program Assistant is a community-facing role supporting JPI’s programs through outreach, marketing, and on-the-ground program support. This position is ideal for someone culturally fluent in the Inwood/Washington Heights community who enjoys connecting people to creative opportunities and loves jazz.
Key Responsibilities
1) Support community outreach and relationship-building with schools, families, local organizations, and community partners.
2)Serve as a welcoming ambassador at JPI events, programs, and performances
3) Assist with social media content, engagement, and basic video editing
4) Help create and distribute flyers and digital marketing materials
5) Identify new community outreach channels and spaces
6) Provide administrative and on-site support for programs and events
7) Collaborate with JPI staff, artists, and partners
Qualifications
1) Strong connection to Inwood/Washington Heights
2) Experience or training in marketing, communications, or outreach
3) Familiarity with social media platforms and basic video editing
4) Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
5) Resourceful, reliable, and eager to learn
6) Passion for jazz, arts access, and community service
7) Photo, video, or graphic design experience a plus
8) Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

A Brief Overview

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation

- Be efficient and productive in handling all merchandise including shipment receipt and processing, and replenishment systems while maintaining a clean stockroom/back office/loft.
- Support execution of visual merchandising standards under direction from the COO and Store Manager, as needed.
- Help uphold the weekly merchandising checklist with guidance from leadership.
- Stay aware of scheduled visual updates and launches so you can help support transitions.
- Help ensure that all floor merchandise is: Properly tagged and priced; Clean, steamed, and presentable; Available in core sizes and colors; Neatly folded or hung.
- Assist in cycle counts and spot checks as directed to help prevent inventory issues.
- Support team accountability by modeling and reminding associates to: Restock promptly; Rotate products for freshness; Remove any damaged or unsellable items from the floor.
4. Operations & Compliance
- Maintain consistent communication with the Store Manager & Management Team to ensure operations run smoothly and all needs are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Follow all company procedures, including POS transactions, packaging standards, and loss-prevention practices.
- Assist with stock handling, shipment processing, and restocking tasks as directed.
- Maintain awareness of company policies regarding client data privacy and in-store pet safety.
- Assist Management Team in ensuring all health and sanitation standards are met (especially in areas where pets may interact with products).
- Maintain that the store atmosphere consistently reflects a premium, welcoming experience.
- Maintain daily floor walk routines to proactively address any presentation or maintenance issues.
- With Management Team, ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of all areas.
- Ensure high-value or limited-edition items are logged and secured immediately upon receipt. Oversee proper tagging, labeling, and secure storage of high-value merchandise.
- Process incoming returns or exchanges accurately and according to policy.
- Communicate with clients about return status and any adjustments or credits issued.
- Verify that supply deliveries match order quantities and quality standards.
- Organize supplies in designated storage areas for easy access and replenishment.
- Assist Management Team in overseeing all e-commerce and phone orders requiring shipping to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury, fashion, or boutique setting.
- Must be extremely self-motivated, collaborative, receptive to feedback, detail-oriented, and exceptional at communicating.
- Must be confident, self-aware, and self-assured as a team player
- Passion for selling, clientelling, and maintaining critical customer relationships.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keen understanding of store operations.
- Extremely strategic with the ability to multitask and prioritize, brainstorm alternative solutions, and troubleshoot basic issues.

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
- Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
- Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
- Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
- Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $65,000-$94,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.
To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client’s specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only.
Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required

The Trauma Registrar Senior will be responsible for assistance in maintaining the CHRISTUS Health Care System's Trauma Registry in compliance with all requirements of the Department of State Health Services, as outlined in the State Trauma Rules.
The Trauma Registry is critical to the development and maintenance of an effective performance improvement program for trauma.
The Trauma Registry also provides data needed for research and epidemiological studies.
Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
Provides clerical, statistical and informational support to the Trauma Service.
Maintains a database to allow for easy retrieval of trauma statistics.
Accurately identifying trauma patients, abstracting requisite data, and entering them into the trauma registry based on trauma inclusion criteria.
The ability to perform ICD-10 and Abbreviated Injury Scaling (AIS) coding.
Updates and maintains all trauma registry records including essential elements as defined by trauma center leadership, State Designating Department, National Trauma Data Standards, and Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) as indicated based on trauma center level of designation.
Demonstrates proficiency in capturing and entering data that contributes to accurate calculations of ISS, Trauma Score, TRISS, Probability of Survival Score; GCS, ICD/AIS coding, among others.
Completes record abstraction, entry, and validation, in compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACS), State Designating Department, and the current policies and practices of the Trauma Program.
Completes data uploads to regional, state, and national registries as required by State Designating Department and the ACS.
Performs queries and reports from the Trauma Registry as requested.
Responsible for Trauma Registry Data base management and promptly communicates data base related issues to the Trauma Program leadership.
Analyses trauma registry data for epidemiological and reporting purposes.
Communicates trends that may impact Trauma Program performance, injury prevention initiatives, or staffing to the Trauma Program leadership.
Maintains confidentiality of written and verbal communication.
Maintains confidentiality of autopsy reports, mortality and morbidity data, performance improvement activities and peer review data.

Responsible for precepting new registry staff.
Participates in trauma-related activities within their Regional Advisory Council, as requested.

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
- Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
- Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
- Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
- Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director

* Understands and follows all standard operating and safety procedures.
* Performs all post-skidding operations, which may include strapping, banding, wrapping, card-boarding, boxing, baling, weighing and compressing.
* Safely operates a powered industrial truck to transport product to various departments.
