The Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting is responsible for overseeing all external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and leading the company's technical accounting function. Key Responsibilities:
SEC Reporting
- Lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, and other required filings
