The role of our Air Logistics Manager on Duty involves directly supervising a busy team of 50+ Airport Logistics and Airport Ramp associates who move packages by hand and pushcart in and around our indoor/outdoor facility that is located on airport property. This is a cross-dock operation; our role is to facilitate the daily flow of packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. The ALM leads the team following our structured processes and guidelines, keeping the safety of all our team members first. Expansion Equipment Integration-Director
Reports To: AVP, Construction & Expansion

Position Overview
The Expansion Equipment Integration Senior Manager provides single-point ownership of capital equipment integration across all Virginia Transformer expansion initiatives. This role leads the end-to-end process from operations specification through installation, validation, commissioning, and formal turnover to plant operations and maintenance.
This is a senior program leadership role within the Construction & Expansion organization, responsible for ensuring that capital equipment investments are delivered production-ready, utilities-integrated, performance-qualified, and fully documented prior to operational release.
Role Responsibilities
Equipment Lifecycle Ownership
Lead and govern the expansion equipment process across all active projects, including:
- Operations requirement capture and validation
- Equipment specification development and engineering alignment
- Equipment acceptance norms establishment and conducting the verifications as per the norms.
- Supplier technical oversight and performance management
- Logistics co ordination
- Installation coordination with Construction Management

Installation Verification

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

- Direct experience managing:

This position requires strong situational awareness, rapid decision-making skills, and a technical understanding of grid behavior, LMP price dynamics, and operational constraints. Candidates from power plant operations, utility dispatching, ISO operations, or generation control rooms are highly preferred due to their experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Operational Execution
- Execute curtailment actions based on live market prices, operational limitations, and approved strategy.
- Continuously monitor LMP price curves, real-time SCADA data, load forecasts, outage impacts, and congestion trends.
- Adjust site operating levels when intraday price deviations or grid advisories occur.
- Coordinate tightly with Operators to ensure precise and timely execution of curtailment instructions.
Utility / Market Coordination & Compliance
- Submit curtailment notifications, operating adjustments, and required communications to utilities or market operators.
