Key Responsibilities: Oversee contractor operations to ensure compliance with contract documents, design specifications, and permit requirements.
Coordinate inspection activities across multiple active work crews.

Prepare daily reports, monthly estimates, and as-built drawings.

Review and validate contractor pay estimates.

The Utility Inspector is responsible for managing and performing daily construction management and inspection services for various types of utility projects and must have significant experience in utility construction, must be proficient at reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and shop drawings as well as overseeing construction document controls and enforcing contract compliance.

Rarely moving about on hands and knees or hands and feet.
Continuously bending body downward and forward by bending legs and spine.

EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Successful completion of a phlebotomy school with a minimum of 100 successful hours.

Valid driver's license required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Effective independent judgement in the performance of the assigned duties and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.
- Travel to other markets to support DFN launches and increase penetration rates and developing relationships with local partners.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.
- Must be eligible for a seller’s permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
Other Qualifications
- Door to door sales experience in the broadband/fiber industry preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Advanced Computer literacy with familiarity of in-home electronics, computers, and high-speed Internet preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with customers to educate them on cable, voice, and data services.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
