Job Summary: The Longchamp Concession Manager oversees all aspects of running a profitable business on their concession shop floor, within our partner department stores (i.e., Nordstrom and Bloomingdales). The Concession Manager ensures the success of their team in all aspects of clientelling and sales, operations, professional development, merchandise presentation and merchandise assortment. The Concession Manager also liaises with their respective department store’s Store Director to ensure team alignment and an understanding of/compliance with all applicable protocols and policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Partner with Human Resources in recruiting, hiring and addressing various employee relation issues.
- Assign sales teams daily tasks and goals. Ensure proper completion through follow-up and coaching as needed.
- Complete weekly sales reporting, making suggestions and implementing adjustments to required areas.
- Train and develop shop associates in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training and professional development.
- Partner as needed with the Warehouse Distribution Center, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service, other internal Concession/Store Managers, and France regarding shipping & delivery information.

Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Ensures consistently high standards of customer service through effective staff planning*, monitoring of training programs and timely communication of advertising special events.
- Provides each guest with outstanding customer service by greeting and offering water/espresso to each client, and demonstrating both brand and product knowledge
- Accomplishes sales and profitability goals for the shop through effective use of short and long-range planning, expense management and inventory control.

- Ensure sales floor is merchandised appropriately and adequately stocked.

- Oversee all concession floor moves/renovations, window displays, merchandise presentation or sales/event set-up and partners with the Visual Identity team to ensure compliance with seasonal standards.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED) and either a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
- At least 2+ years of supervisory experience, which has included: staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, budget management and goal setting.
- Understanding of inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising.
- Proficient with various systems, including point-of-sale programs (CEGID) and UPS.

Position Summary
Sterling is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician with strong machining, fabrication, and design experience to join our team. This role will support engineering and production initiatives by designing, fabricating, and modifying components, fixtures, and tooling in a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive hands-on experience in tool and die making, manual machining, and fabrication, capable of working independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Engineering Technician (Firearms R&D)

Bachstein Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support our firearms research, development, and testing efforts.
This is a shop-based, hands-on role working closely with engineers to build prototypes, assemble test hardware, support range testing, and keep development programs moving quickly. Our in-house machine shop supports rapid iteration and low-rate production, allowing ideas to move quickly from concept to functional hardware.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working with mechanical systems in a fast-moving development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify prototype firearm components and test hardware
- Support engineering test setups and range testing activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during prototype builds and testing
- Maintain and organize parts, components, and test equipment
- Assist engineers with prototype fabrication and development work

Work Environment

Position Summary: The Operations Manager position manages proposals, local scheduling and
real-time operations for the shop and field repair division to facilitate the maximization of
resources (human and equipment) while achieving customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule
adherence and economic goals
Essential Responsibilities:
• Manages the Repair Division comprised of the Shop and All Field repairs.
o Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the
personnel assigned, providing leadership, performance management and hiring of the
employees within the scope of the department

o Oversees daily activities, scheduling analysts for shop and field operations

Purpose:
Colonna's Shipyard is seeking a General Foreman for our Crane and Rigging Department to support operations in our shipyard in Norfolk, VA.
Position Summary:
Position maintains detailed understanding of project specifications and all requirements necessary for appropriate trades support, ensuring safe and efficient production in ship repair/industrial fabrication operations. Provides oversight to qualified trades workforce & trades supervision and is responsible for meeting overall schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals of work assigned.
The position is located onsite in Norfolk, VA and will often require hours beyond a standard work week with flexible schedule availability to support production/operations. Position may require limited travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports labor requirements for completion of job assignments. Understand specifications, blueprints, and job orders in order to effectively communicate duties to work teams. Maintains adequate personnel/manning levels, production space, tooling, and equipment assets, while establishing work processes to meet production schedules. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crews. Analyzes and resolves work problems to minimize disruptions to production schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manages all shop resources by assigning trades personnel to Foremen based on project needs.
- Supports trades foremen in supervising, assigning, coordinating, training, and evaluating semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience, and job knowledge. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assists in development of training processes/procedures. Continually monitor foremen's project designations, deck plate presence, understanding of work scope, and efficiency of trades management.
- Manages lifecycle of shop personnel through all phases of employment, to include: hiring and retention efforts of shop personnel, as well as developing/delivering coaching and disciplinary actions needed to address performance concerns. Responsible for personnel administration needs, to include recommendations/handling of change requests facilitated by EANs (pay, reclassification, etc.).
- Engaged in workforce development by identifying candidates for additional development/mentorship opportunities, support succession planning efforts, and ensuring assigned apprentices have appropriate oversight and developmental resources.
- Breaks broad projects down to practical action plans, ensuring adequate shop manning resources, and develops/executes POD for all shop resources (with the input of Foreman) daily to ensure production goals are executed safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for final approval and presentation of all project deliverables via condition reports and approval/management of all material orders, ensuring contractual requirements and period of performance are met.
- Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. and manages test and inspection plans for assigned areas (overseeing submittal of required documentation, ensure foreman attend inspections as required, etc.).
- Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance.
Additionally, position will:
- Provide data/feedback for current budgets via hours management/EACs, including dates, and report scheduling and progress updates to superintendents/project management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Registered Apprentice (grad) + 2 years relative trades experience (or HS + 6 years trades experience) and 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to understand job specifications, drawings, and corresponding technical references years supervisory experience.
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with employees/leadership/customers and prepare/deliver written reports and correspondence.
- Must have knowledge of weight testing in accordance with specified technical manuals for equipment such as cranes, davits, winches, anchors, anchor chains, shafts, and propellers.
- Must be familiar OSHA and NAVSEA standards.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in general mathematics and trigonometry.
- Must have ability to understand job specifications, drawings, and corresponding technical references.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Exposure to or experience supporting multiple trades is highly preferred
- 4 years overall supervision experience for the trade to be supervised is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures for structural components, booms, jibs, gears, drums, sheaves, blocks, hooks, operating mechanisms, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, hydraulic cylinders, wire rope, and operational aids preferred.
- Crane signaling certification (mobile and overhead) preferred.
- Construction and crane company experience is highly preferred.
- Able to schedule multiple activities.
Security Requirements:
- Must be able to access government facilities and obtain and maintain DBIDS.
- Must be eligible for TWIC.
- Position requires US Citizenship.
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal Travel; 10% or less.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 20 lbs.
