Position Summary

We are looking for a Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. This person will manage a pipeline of loan files, ensuring a smooth and timely loan transaction experience for our borrowers through the collection and analysis of documents and data. As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process. 

Responsibilities

·        Review loan file submissions, organize files, and input loan information into the company’s loan origination system

·        Order and verify third party services (e.g., credit, flood, appraisals, environmental reports, zoning reports)

·        Collect and verify documentation related to borrower, asset, entity, and construction

·        Ensure loan files are in compliance with program guidelines, investor requirements, and federal and state laws/regulations (e.g., disclosures, notifications)

·        Inform loan officer, agent, and borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other file related items

·        Obtain documentation to clear conditions prior to funding as required by underwriting

·        Submit completed file to underwriting department for approval

·        Proactively monitor pipeline to set realistic closing dates, ensure timely funding of loans, and meet expected service levels

·        Communicate with external parties to the loan including but not limited to borrower, realtor, title, closing agent, and appraisal management company

·        Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements

·        Maintain thorough knowledge of the loan origination system and proactively identify and implement work flow improvements within the system

·        Organize and maintain daily pipeline huddles with sales, construction, and other stakeholders, as needed

·        Prepare reports giving executives visibility into the loan pipeline, daily production activity, cycle times, and loan quality

·        Manage and train junior processors and other employees, as required

·        Maintain and update the Processing Policy and Procedure Manual

Qualifications

·        Deep knowledge of mortgage processing concepts, practices and procedures

·        Knowledge of federal and state regulatory guidelines

·        Pipeline management experience required

·        Knowledge of Encompass preferred

·        Strong working knowledge of MS office and Sharepoint

·        Knowledge of underwriting and/or loan structuring a plus

·        Process improvement experience (e.g., six sigma) a plus

Our Client is growing their Commercial Sales team and hiring a Senior Account Executive, Charlotte, NC. The Territory Account Managers are essential to the success of our client and by utilizing their expertise and experience, will ensure customer success, account retention as well as account growth, and positively impact patient outcomes.

The Account Executive brings medical device account management experience demonstrating technical, clinical, business and economic acumen. The skills, knowledge and experience will be applied to the products and market positioning of the device, data collection, our solutions and emerging technologies.

The AE will consistently, clearly, and passionately articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the product portfolio to current customers and new accounts through the TAMs guidance from the implementation stage through to account stability by performing responsibilities including:

Drive Revenue Growth

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas that include metrics for revenue, account retention and growth, customer acquisition and base account success and expansion opportunities
• Execute a top-down/bottom-up sales strategy aligned to the organizational goals and Commercial department expectations that engages with corporate IDNs, customers and other identified key stakeholders to secure pilots, evaluations and adoption in (flagship) hospitals and system-wide standardization contracts
• Implement and continuously evaluate the TAM regional strategic business plan that expands the customer base, account acquisition, growth and success

• Build, manage and successfully maintain business and clinical champions, partnerships and relationships for customer retention, satisfaction and account success
• Manage accounts within the territory and ensure existing customers have consistent product utilization, maintain high compliance rates, have dashboard metrics & data analytics, as well as their QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) delivered
• Identify when desired account metrics are not being met and intervene timely to provide appropriate resources for account retention and customer success
• Working with the EVP, VP/AVPs, BDs, and any MMT partnerships (such as BD) to target and support strategic relationships within territory including: Centers of Excellence, strategic accounts, IDNs, GPOs and other business development opportunities
• Responsible for successful transition of customers, stakeholders and relationships to the Territory Account Management Team’s appropriate Manager

Channel Management

• Work closely on a day-to-day basis with channel partner field sales representatives

• Support subsystem testing on the Mission Systems Hardware

• Support system testing in ESIL and during Flight Test

• Support SCFTA efforts for the Mission Systems Hardware

• Support airworthiness efforts for hardware design, development and implementation

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

• ​(Level 5) 14+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or 12+ years of work related engineering experience with a Master’s or 9+ years of work related engineering experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

• Previous experience working on tactical fighters program

• Previous experience designing, verifying and fielding avionics subsystems

• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineering peers

• Circuit card and backplane design and integration

Typical Education/Experience:

Leve 5: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
