Overview
Perform in the field service repairs on agricultural equipment. This position covers the agricultural market in the following Southern Iowa. Southern IA counties include, but not limited to: Wapello, Washington, Keokuk and Iowa.
Basic Duties
- Perform in field service and repairs focusing primarily on Terragators, Rogators, Claas Lexion combines, Fendt, Challenger and Massey FergusonTractors and other CAT Ag products.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and all other systems.
- Focus on establishing and maintaining service-oriented relationships with customers.
- Use computer and parts books to look up certain parts.
- Complete service reports and all other paperwork before and after repairs are made.
- May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a formal technical training program preferred or equivalent Ag machinery experience and knowledge required.
- Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills needed
- Basic computer skills are needed, especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and CAT Programs.
- Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality service by leaving customer's equipment appearance in excellent condition and fix all maintenance issues.
- Excellent communication skills are needed.
- To be successful in this position you must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a self-started and able to adapt to change.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Must reside centrally within designated territory or willingness to relocation within designated territory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position will spend a good portion of time being outdoors working in agricultural fields, exposed to elements of weather, dust, dirt, different types of vegetation's, causing allergic reactions. May work in an office environment and travel to customer's work sites. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75lbs. Must be able to climb/operate machinery and various types of farm equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. May sit at a desk for a period of time to answer phone calls or use a keyboard to complete documents and communicate through email. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Operational
- Observe all store rules and company policies.
- Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil code regulations; adhere to all state, county and local weights and measure laws.
- Package, weigh and price all products processed in the department; follow approved procedures for weighing, wrapping, price marking and restocking cases to ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation.
- Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods.
- Keep perishable merchandise rotated in accordance with department policy and product code dates and pull all out-of-code merchandise; following FIFO Rules (first in first out)

Leadership
- Greet all customers and maintain good customer relations by providing them with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
- Wait on customers including slicing, cutting, weighing, packaging and labeling merchandise
Safety
- Use and maintain equipment in good working order; immediately advise store director or the key person in charge of any maintenance or equipment problems.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures; read all Safety Committee bulletins.

Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with primary emphasis on fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience
Courteous and helpful to other associates
Clean shelves and shelf tag moldings with damp cloth, as needed, when stocking
Maintain shelf allocations by stocking from tag to tag
Place only saleable merchandise on the shelves
Ensure that ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise is done in accordance with policies and guidelines
Understand and use company tools such as; average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering (CAO)
Maintain a complete understanding of and adherence to company guidelines, policies and standard practice

Williamsburg Landing, a CARF-accredited Life Plan Community, seeks a Full-Time and Part-Time experienced Cook to plan and prepare food for residents, guests, and staff using standardized recipes, ensuring nutritional meals are served at the proper time, preserving flavor, appearance, and temperature. Ideal candidates must be dependable, maintain positive interactions with residents, guests, and staff, possess a high level of motivation, and follow written and verbal instructions. Candidate should have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Shifts are: 12:00pm-8:30pm
- Rotating weekends are required.
JOB SUMMARY
The Cook works under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and reports to the Director of Dining Services. The position prepares food for residents, guests, and staff, including meats, vegetables, soups, gravies, sauces, therapeutic diet items, eggs and cereals, following standardized recipes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintains high standards of quality food production and portion control in food preparation and serving
- Follows menus provided, making changes only with the consent of the Executive Sous Chef
- Assists with line set up as required
- Prepares and serves, at the proper time, sufficient quantity of food to meet the service requirements
- Maintains proper sanitation and safety in the food preparation areas
- Prepares food for take out trays according to any dietary specifications
- Utilizes leftover food as directed by Executive Sous Chef
- Washes and cleans utensils and equipment when necessary
- Supervises and participates in cleaning of cooking area and other kitchen equipment and facilities
- Reports repair and maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Prepares assigned foods for special luncheons, dinners and similar special functions
- Makes daily check of refrigerators/freezers to insure food has been properly stored and labeled
- Maintains positive interaction with residents, guests, and other Williamsburg Landing employees
- Assumes supervisory duties of kitchen staff when Executive Sous Chef/ Executive Chef are not present
- Complies with all Williamsburg Landing policies and procedures including those addressing conduct, safety, dress, and personal hygiene
- Maintains positive interaction with residents, guests, and other Williamsburg Landing employees
- Maintains personal cleanliness and neatness; wears appropriate uniform at every scheduled shift; maintains clean uniform and infection control standards including proper hand washing, and use of hair nets and gloves
- Follows assigned schedule; consistently arrives on time; attends line up and uses time clock and time card properly
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; a Culinary Arts degree is preferred; Must have 3-5 years' experience in a large production kitchen, preferably serving individuals with various dietary needs and preferences; Food Handlers Card required, SERVSAFE certification recommended
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, write and make calculations used in standardized recipes; ability to follow written and verbal instructions; ability to plan food preparation and ensure nutritional meals are served at the proper time, preserving the flavor, appearance and temperature; ability to maintain open communication and effective working relationships with all levels of staff, residents and visitors; ability to withstand heat from ovens and stoves and cold from refrigerators and freezers; ability to use equipment and supplies in a safe manner; ability to regularly and safely lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds; ability to work efficiently and accurately; ability to stand for long periods and to walk short distances; considerable bending, reaching and lifting is required

Part-time Hourly Position ranging from $17.00 - $21.00 DOE plus benefits!Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of Sawmill Market in one of our five different kitchens!
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Will work in one of our Sawmill Market Kitchens; either Mercantile Cafe, Flora Taco, Fish n' Chips, or Red and Green New Mexican Food.
- Work under direction of Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
- Communicate daily with Kitchen leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Set up /breakdown and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
- Cook menu items in collaboration with other kitchen team members.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.

Requirements:
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining cook experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
