- Collaborating with Procurement & Planning team on short-term & long-term Sales Pricing Strategy
- Implementation & execution of Pricing Strategy with the Sales Team

The Business Development/Sales Representative is responsible for performing sales tasks to acquire new and returning customers for environmental compliance and vegetation management services. Sales tasks are performed in an office and outdoors at customer sites which include industrial plant sites, municipal sites, airports, railroads, distribution centers, and other commercial areas at or near business sites. Team members will be responsible for fulfilling annual sales goals based on their assigned territories.

Role Summary
The FutureCeuticals Account Executive drives profitable growth by building and expanding relationships within the functional food, beverage, dietary supplement and sports nutrition markets. This role partners closely with customers to support the development of high-quality, functional ingredient solutions. The ideal candidate brings enough dietary supplement and sports nutrition knowledge and industry experience to confidently engage in technical conversations and articulate ingredient functionality, benefits, and applications.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and support existing partnerships and foster new relationships by developing strong rapport across multiple departments within customer organizations.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, translating ingredient functionality into clear customer value within dietary supplement, sports nutrition, and functional beverage applications.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Key Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to execute customer growth strategies and new product opportunities.
- Gather and communicate detailed project information to internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timing, and execution.
- Travel domestically 2–4 times per month to attend customer meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
What You’ll Bring
- Two or more years of consultative sales experience with measurable results.
- Experience in food, beverage, dietary supplement, or sports nutrition markets preferred.
- Working knowledge of sports nutrition trends and concepts such as functional ingredients, performance claims, and product positioning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss ingredient benefits in technical customer conversations.
