Our Client is growing their Commercial Sales team and hiring a Senior Account Executive, Charlotte, NC. The Territory Account Managers are essential to the success of our client and by utilizing their expertise and experience, will ensure customer success, account retention as well as account growth, and positively impact patient outcomes.
The Account Executive brings medical device account management experience demonstrating technical, clinical, business and economic acumen. The skills, knowledge and experience will be applied to the products and market positioning of the device, data collection, our solutions and emerging technologies.
The AE will consistently, clearly, and passionately articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the product portfolio to current customers and new accounts through the TAMs guidance from the implementation stage through to account stability by performing responsibilities including:
Drive Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas that include metrics for revenue, account retention and growth, customer acquisition and base account success and expansion opportunities

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager-Construction is a 2 year term and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day efforts related to construction, planning, design, and coordinating all aspects of small to large-sized projects related to the Hospital construction programs ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires expertise in healthcare facility delivery, a rigorous command of compliance and regulatory standards, and a passion for leading multidisciplinary teams toward the successful completion of critical healthcare projects. Assists with the requirements of orientation, training, required competencies and OhioHealth University courses; instructs students and employees in training sessions; provides coaching and input into employee performance evaluations; orders supplies; establishing inventory control methods to assure operation within the budget; and monitors technical reliability and vendor repair of units. Assumes some managerial functions as needed.

Participates in OhioHealth Innovation Council and other meetings as designated.Β Designs and implements protocols, orientation, and training programs for technologists.Β Designs and implements on-the-job and self-study programs to familiarize technologists with the equipment operation, cross sectional anatomy pertaining to CT and MR, and patient care issues pertinent to imaging; Responsible for teaching/ educating students, medical students and residents in the basic methods and instrumentation of their area of competency.Β

Graduate of an accredited radiography program; current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent Certification and Ohio Department of Health radiologic license. Should have competent computer skills with good understanding of the Electronic Medical Record (Radiant) and other pertinent applications, and intradepartmental processes.Β Must be BLS certified. At least two years of previous Imaging Experience.
