Compensation and Benefits:
The Company reasonably expects to pay a base draw in the range of $80,000–$175,000 annually. This base draw range excludes commissions and other incentive compensation and reflects differences in experience level, existing customer relationships, and sales performance expectations within the assigned territory. The draw is non-recoverable during the initial training period. After training, the draw may be reconciled against future earned commissions in accordance with the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.
This range represents the company’s good-faith estimate of the base draw compensation that may be offered at the time of hire and is based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

The Quotations Specialist (QS) is an advanced-level position within our organization. The primary objective of this role is to quote, capture, and effectively manage projects, both on the open bid market and those specified by our agency personnel. The Quotations Specialist will be involved in all areas of the sales and marketing process and will be considered a profit center.

• Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
• Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.
Business Intelligence:
• Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers as needed to accomplish goals.
• Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area (home centers, K&B, Fabricators, etc.).

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
Knowledge
• Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience
Academical Background
Required:
• High School / GED
Desired:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Wage Range:
The annual Starting salary for this position is between $70,000 and to $80,000 annually + BONUS.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Paid time off:
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.

You’ll represent premium John Deere construction equipment and allied lines, delivering value to contractors through speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
