Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Job Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our growing Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business. This role goes beyond traditional legal support—it is embedded directly with Sales and Operations to accelerate revenue, streamline deal execution, and strengthen risk management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
You will serve as a business-oriented lawyer, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to shape smarter, faster deals, while ensuring commercial and legal risks are managed effectively. By engaging early in the deal cycle and staying engaged post-signature, you will help bridge sales and legal, driving both business growth and contract governance. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in the energy storage and/or PV industries, especially those with a track record of negotiating and/or drafting EPC and System Integration contracts.
Key Responsbilities
Deal Support & Negotiation
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex ESS sales contracts (including EPC, Supply, and Tolling agreements).
- Partner with Sales to structure commercially viable, risk-balanced deal terms that accelerate deal closure.
- Actively participate in customer-facing negotiations and internal contract approval processes.
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Serve as contract owner from negotiation through execution, deployment, and closeout.
- Track key milestones, obligations, amendments, and renewals to ensure compliance across teams.
- Conduct post-signature risk assessments and feed learnings into future negotiations.
Project & Post-Commissioning Support
- Advise Project Management on contractual interpretation, issue resolution, and change order management.
- Manage warranty obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other post-installation commitments in collaboration with Service and Operations.
Process & Governance Development
- Build and refine standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and contracting processes for consistency and efficiency.

- Support the evolution of contract governance as the function scales from business-embedded to enterprise-integrated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Located in Detroit or Bay Area, or a willingness to relocate (4x - 5x days per week in office)
- J.D. with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in the energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Proven ability to act as a business partner—balancing commercial goals with legal and risk considerations.

Job Summary
We are seeking an SCM Coordinator to join our team. This role will be critical in building our logistics infrastructure from the ground up in collaboration with the Olive Young logistics team and 3PL operator.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the Olive Young SCM Division in Korea and the 3PL operator’s management team to support planning discussions for a new U.S. logistics center.
- Observe logistics operations, including import/export customs clearance and warehouse activities handled by the 3PL operator.
- Monitor inbound and outbound warehouse flows and report observations regarding operational progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and monitor and report on the quality of logistics processes performed by the 3PL operator.
- Monitor and analyze logistics expenses and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports covering logistics costs, inventory days, and stock shortages.
- Support discussions related to logistics rates and contracts with 3PL providers.
- Maintain regular communication with the SCM team at Korean headquarters to ensure process alignment.
- Work closely with CJ Olive Young USA stakeholders to support internal operational and strategic planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the 3PL operator’s management team to facilitate smooth communication channels.
- Partner with the Global SCM team in Korea to align supply chain activities.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.

- Experience with U.S.-based retail companies is highly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Execution- Deliverplans and achieve sales goals on budget.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to key accounts and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within IDNs and large health systems to maximize biosimilar uptake.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.
Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting
- With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage contracts within key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption
- Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams
- Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze trends, competitive landscape and account performance
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics
- Collaborate with field salesforce as needed for pull-through
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch.
- Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Merchandising Specialist to focus on identifying, sourcing, and building our indie/trendy beauty brand portfolio in the U.S. This role will be key in discovering emerging beauty brands that align with our brand identity and positioning, ensuring a curated portfolio that resonates with our consumers. The Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new brands, building strong relationships with brands, and creating localized marketing and promotional strategies that align with market trends. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the global beauty market and be skilled at sourcing brands that complement and enhance our existing portfolio.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain a long list of potential beauty brands that fit within the company’s brand identity and resonate with local consumer trends
• Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify new and emerging indie beauty brands for potential inclusion in the portfolio.
• Lead the process of tapping into and pitching local beauty brands, ensuring a strong fit for our market and brand values.
• Oversee the product registration process, ensuring accurate updates and efficient communication across all teams.
• Manage regular purchase ordering processes, ensuring timely product availability and efficient SHD (Stock Handling & Distribution) management in collaboration with local suppliers.
• Monitor the growth of brands and product lines, managing product portfolios and pipelines for sustainable expansion through customized co-marketing promotions
• Build and foster long-term relationships with brands through regular strategy meetings to ensure sustained mutual growth.
• Develop and implement localized promotional plans tailored to consumers, ensuring campaigns resonate with local market preferences and trends.
• Create marketing campaigns (e.g., localizing existing marketing IP’s and building new local IP’s) to generate excitement and engagement with local audiences.
• Design and execute co-marketing packages with brands including branding opportunities and maximizing momentum for NPD launches for scalable growth.
• Design promotional schemes, including analyzing profitability to ensure alignment with marketing budgets and overall business goals.
• Regularly update and adjust promotional strategies based on market conditions, consumer behavior, and profitability analysis.
• Build strong relationships with brands, collaborating on product listings, promotions, and marketing activities to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Oversee the development of visual assets for promotional campaigns, working with external agencies to manage design concepts, mockups, and final production.
• Manage and execute brand-specific promotions, including tracking and adjusting plans as needed to meet marketing KPIs.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitor offerings, emerging trends, and customer preferences.
• Use insights to guide merchandising decisions and ensure the brand’s product offerings are competitive and relevant to the local market.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in merchandising, brand management, or retail buying, with a focus on local beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of the global beauty market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
• Proven experience in product sourcing, brand pitching, and portfolio management.
• Expertise in creating localized promotional plans and marketing strategies, particularly with retailers and beauty brands.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of retail partnerships, co-marketing, and promotional strategy.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and an ability to collaborate with external designers and agencies.
• Proficient in inventory management, product registration, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess profitability and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Beauty industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with other planning tools or systems is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities Of This Position Include
- CNC Machinist capable of running both Lathes and Mills
- Candidate should be proficient in operating various machine/control configurations and have experience in the manufacture of tool and die parts.
- Works with minimal supervision
- Setup tooling and specified cutters as required
- Perform simple programming changes and edits to maximize productivity, and read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Perform frequent checks of parts to ensure dimensional requirements are met
- Setup of machine including parts and tooling
- Make modifications to programs where needed
- Verify first part qualification
- Perform preventative maintenance to equipment including daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and checks

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience operating both Mills and Lathes, great training opportunity for the mechanically inclined.
- Lifting and carrying of parts and or fixtures weighing from 2-100 lbs frequently
- Operate machine controls positioned 4-5 feet from shop floor
- Able to perform at work benches set at 36-40 height
- Standing and walking continuously for 8 hours per workday
- Forward bending required while loading and unloading machine and operating controls
- Move carts containing parts weighing up to 200 lbs.
