Enterprise Medical is recruiting a Family Medicine physician for a nonprofit integrated medical group practice located in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona consisting of nearly 1,000 credentialed providers across all majormedical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-scope practice inclusive of Peds/Women's Health/Adult Medicine
• No inpatient work required / No OB
• Positions in Chandler, Mesa, Avondale, Peoria, Maryvale, and Laveen, AZ
• Patient volume averages in the low 20?s
• Offering salary + incentive plan based on production
• Strong benefits plan available on the date of hire
• Candidate with HIV certification would be a plus
• Generous paid time off includes 4 weeks PTO (5 weeks after 3 yrs service), 10 paid holidays,1 week CME
