This is not a Creative Director role.

This is not campaign management.

This is not brand-only work.

You will personally produce the ad creative that fuels aggressive growth and testing environments. If your portfolio doesn’t reference performance metrics, this probably isn’t the role. You'll work alongside a growing team in an environment that fosters personal and professional growth, with a culture, employee perks, and leadership to prove it.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000-$100,000k + Bonus
  • Flexible PTO
  • 17 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Entrepreneurial environment and close-knit, supportive team that wants to win together

Why This Company:

We’re builders. We move fast, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about outcomes. You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and the opportunity to help shape how modern performance media is done — without the bureaucracy of corporate clients. We work on a select few projects, with a vested interest in the success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create high-converting short-form video ads (UGC, testimonial, direct response, native)
  • Design static + carousel ads built for rapid A/B testing
  • Develop multiple hooks and angles per product
  • Rapidly iterate based on performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
  • Use AI tools to accelerate scripting, video creation, editing, and variation production
  • Ship high volume creative weekly without sacrificing performance quality

Our Ideal Candidate Has Likely:

  • Helped scale telehealth, GLP-1, NAD+, nutraceutical, supplement, or DTC wellness brands
  • Worked inside accounts spending $500K–$1M+/month
  • Built creative tied directly to measurable performance improvements
  • Thrived in fast-paced testing environments (30–100+ variations/week)
  • Cared more about conversion metrics than aesthetics, but know how to stay within brand guidelines and maintain brand equity/positioning
