This seat ensures a clean and accurate AR ledger, disciplined collections, effective credit risk management, and strong cross-functional partnership to support profitable growth and healthy cash flow.

The team

As the AMER Industry PDS for Games, you will own and manage the execution plan with partners for the Games segment, driving go-to-market and building deep capability and capacity through strategic industry partners. This position is in office and the hours are M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
The individual will work on various tasks that are necessary to run the business and move it forward. These tasks include but are not limited to: Assist new accounts and go after new business by cold calling and working on existing lead lists. Tasks that will be part of this position include but are not limited to:
- Act as a liaison between sales and other company departments to accomplish tasks and move topics forward.
- Engage with new leads and get them onboarded as a new account.
- Help create container orders for our new and existing customers. Giving them insight on products, trends, and pricing.
- Follow up with all leads and customers in a timely fashion on all requests
- Answer correspondence as needed on behalf of the appropriate party.
- Update the CRM and excel with customer notes, pricing, and other items as requested.
- Work on multiple projects for multiple accounts at the same time, handling each accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Cold Calling potential customers to determine decision maker and potential needs.
- Call lead lists to qualify accounts and reach decision maker. Get information on customers’ business and determine how our products can help.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to read and write in both.
- Previous sales experience required. (Wholesale/Export trade/FMCG a plus)
- Demonstrates urgency as well as being a self-starter, approaches tasks in an enthusiastic manner asking for more when completed.
- Must be a team player, know the importance of the bigger picture.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role
The Program Manager serves as the senior on-site operational leader for Jolene’s House, a domestic violence shelter. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and trauma-informed operation of the shelter; direct supervision of program staff; and oversight of service delivery to survivors of domestic violence. The Program Manager functions as the primary decision-maker during day-to-day operations and emergent situations, ensuring continuity of care, staff accountability, and adherence to regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements. This position requires a strong command presence, sound judgment in crisis situations, and the ability to lead staff in a high-acuity, 24/7 residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily shelter operations to ensure a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment for clients and staff.
- Serve as the primary on-site escalation point and decision-maker for client crises, staff issues, safety concerns, and emergency situations.
- Direct shelter response during critical incidents and emergencies, ensuring continuity of operations and adherence to agency protocols.
- Ensure all incident reports are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Oversee client flow, including admissions, exits, internal transitions, and enforcement of shelter rules and safety expectations.
- Facilitate staff scheduling and coverage to meet 24/7 operational needs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered. LPC, LCDC, or LMSW preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in social services, shelters, or residential programs, including at least two years of supervisory or management experience; domestic violence or crisis setting experience preferred.

MAG’s Safety Policy Program elevates safety as a core priority, ensuring it is embedded in transportation planning and implementation across the agency and throughout the region. The Safety Team strengthens regional transportation outcomes by conducting studies, identifying emerging needs, evaluating system performance, refining safety processes, and coordinating priorities both within MAG and in collaboration with partner agencies and stakeholders.
The Position
MAG is seeking a qualified transportation engineer to support the activities related to the management and implementation of the Safety Policy Program.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing scopes, schedules and budgets of transportation planning studies.
- Assessing, analyzing and evaluating crash data, safety countermeasures, transportation infrastructure design, functionality, cost, schedule, and project risk.

The candidate should have relevant experience in transportation safety planning, demonstrating a strong level of understanding and competency regarding urban traffic safety; multidisciplinary road safety initiatives; standards and best practices; and safety-related data. The candidate should also have experience presenting complex technical information to a diverse set of stakeholders, including members of the public and policy makers. Experience with human factors, safety education, and strong writing skills is a plus.
