Troubleshooting and repairing of precision machinery and auxiliary equipment, utilizing blueprints, schematics, manufacturer specifications, and manuals.
Emphasize proactive measures to minimize reactive maintenance.
Maintain and repair mechanical systems including but not limited to: Gear Boxes, Drive Shafts, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Belt Drives, Bearings, Gas Trains, and Clutches.
Follow safety instructions while performing tasks and effectively communicating with operators,Β crew members, and management.
May also perform some basic welding, machining, and otherΒ mechanical tasks.
Experience in safety practices such as LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Works, Ladder & Lifts, and PIV operation.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, with an understanding of the urgency of equipment downtime.
Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment to perform preventative maintenance.

General Purpose of Job:


The primary role of the Sr Associate, Investment, OOH is to bring an approved OOH strategy to life. The successful Sr Associate will possess the ability to understand a campaign’s objectives and produce an OOH media plan that delivers upon those objectives. The Sr. Associate will be responsible for an OOH campaign’s entire lifecycle: from planning to activation to reconciliation, ensuring flawless execution along the way. Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop creative and innovative OOH recommendations that effectively deliver on the approved strategy of assigned OOH campaigns including budget, KPIs, priority markets, audience segments, and more; push the boundaries of what is possible
  • Manage the OOH planning process including media partner research, requesting partner proposals, reviewing inventory, negotiating rates and holds, building client-facing presentations, presenting final recommendations both internally and externally, and more
  • Steward the OOH activation process on client-approved OOH campaigns
  • Oversee the internal media authorization process, build and submit partner contracts, traffic creative (as appropriate), manage the spec and printing process, deliver posting instructions, manage proof-of-performance, and more
  • Manage post-campaign requirements, including campaign recapping, makegood negotiation, billing, data reporting needs and more
  • Provide campaign performance when needed
  • Regularly attend OOH media partner meetings and elevate new opportunities and ideas when relevant

Education:

The Senior Associate, Broadcast Investment is responsible for all aspects of broadcast media management (audio and video) for assigned clients, including negotiation, placement, management and reconciliation for assigned clients.
