Our compressed work schedule is geared toward balancing work and family life. You will work 3 to 4, 12 hour days a week with opportunities for overtime (OT paid after 40 hours per week). Duties include, but are not limited to:

This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the boiler and solvent recovery systems to keep them in safe operating condition at all times. These positions are responsible for performing skilled mechanical maintenance work in a fast-paced environment-- including repair, inspection, modification, and improvement of Letter Sorter equipment. The Commingle Mechanic plays an essential role in helping the plant provide high quality product and efficient service to our customers by minimizing operational downtime.Full-time positions are available on the following shifts:
D shift – Sunday – Thursday and every other Friday 11 PM – 7 AM.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Train and assist operators in set up and troubleshooting operator problems;
Train Workers in operational techniques and operational adjustments;
Observe and listen to operating machines and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and determine need for adjustment or repair;
Study sketches, machine specifications or parts to determine type and dimensions of parts needed;
Maintain inventory of parts and request part orders when limits are reached;
Dismantle machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective parts;
