QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sales Executive to sell our staffing services in Gurnee, IL and surrounding territory. This person will be responsible for appointment setting with key decision makers, generate new business, and continue to grow business while having fun in an ever-changing world of staffing services! Mix up the day by spending half of the day in the field and half of the day in the office representing and selling our staffing services to existing leads, new leads through referrals, cold calling, etc and growing/servicing current accounts. We are working with businesses in the clerical and professional divisions. What You'll Be Doing:
- Maximizes territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, conducting customer meetings, and demonstrating QPS staffing solutions and services
- Generates new target prospects through research, networking at key client/association events and referrals, and establishing appointments via phone
- Develops relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative approach to understand the client's needs and demonstrate the value of QPS' services to meet those needs
- Provide ongoing customer service to accounts once secured
- Works closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations
What We Look For:
- 1+ years outside sales experience in a professional services environment is preferred
- Selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment
- Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
- Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required

Position: Senior RTL Design Engineer (Folsom, CA)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior RTL Design Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced FPGA-based solutions. This role will focus on architecture development, high-speed interface design, and RTL implementation for complex systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive designs from architectural concept through FPGA validation and silicon verification while optimizing performance, power, and area.
This is a contract role and is not eligible for C2C or W2 referral candidates.
What you will be doing as a Senior RTL Design Engineer…
• Participate in defining system architecture and microarchitecture for complex FPGA-based designs.
• Develop prototypes, simulate models, and define system-level requirements and specifications.
• Architect and implement multi-FPGA partitioning solutions for scalable hardware systems.
• Design, implement, and debug high-speed interfaces, including Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR.
• Apply RTL design and implementation techniques to meet power, performance, and area (PPA) goals in collaboration with physical implementation teams.
• Develop and release FPGA designs through the full development lifecycle including:
o Microarchitecture definition
o RTL design and implementation
o Physical implementation
o Timing closure
o Simulation and validation
o Lab-based silicon validation
• Perform design trade-off analysis to optimize cost, size, power consumption, performance, and feature sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, verification, and hardware validation groups.
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Senior RTL Design Engineer…
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in architecture development and FPGA design.
• Strong experience with FPGA HDL development, simulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in VHDL and/or Verilog for RTL design.
• Experience performing static timing analysis and timing closure for high-performance FPGA designs.
• Experience with RoCEv2 (RDMA over Converged Ethernet) including:
o RDMA READ/WRITE operations
o Queue Pair (QP) management
o Congestion control
• Experience developing NVMe over Fabrics RTL, enabling direct data transfer between host memory and storage targets.
• Experience tuning and integrating high-speed interfaces, including:
o PCIe Gen4/5/6
o 100G / 200G / 400G Ethernet MAC/PCS
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.

Overview
As a Concierge / Lobby Ambassador, you will serve two functions; You'll be the primary point of contact for visitors, guests, tenants, and others that require information, assistance, or directions.
Primary duty is to support the Security and Property Management team to achieve the following:
- Build a welcoming and collaborative environment.
- Improve tenants, guests, and visitors’ overall experience within the building.
Duties and Responsibilities
Concierge / Lobby Ambassador:
A requirement for this position is to comply with Property Management’s 20 points of Hospitality Standards. (The 20 Point Standards will be provided at the interview).
- Attend to the lobby and be an on-site point of contact and be readily accessible.
- Ensure the lobby’s cleanliness meets the Property Management’s and QBS standards, and notify onsite janitorial supervisor to respond and address concerns not meeting standards
- Greet visitors, tenants, employees, and guests with a warm, respectful and welcoming demeanor.
- Learn the names of regular tenants and guests with the goal of building relationships to improve their experience from a customer service perspective.
- Anticipate tenant, visitor and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected to enhance and personalize their experience.
- Multitask without compromising on quality.
- Escort or direct guests to the Lobby Desk when necessary or assist visitor with checking-in utilizing the visitor management system.
- Be familiar with Manhattan regarding restaurants, nightlife, transportation, theater and cultural institutions.
- Make notifications and log entries as requested or required.
- Answer any questions from tenants, visitors and guests related to the building including wayfinding, policies, and procedures, etc.
- Perform any duties as directed by QPS supervisors or Property Management
- Be able to develop job duties and responsibilities guidelines and document them in writing.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support at the Lobby Desk and Work at direction of Company (QPS) and client (Property Management Office)
- Lobby Concierge / Hospitality responsibilities may include: assisting with logging in guests and escorting them to their destination.
- Make entries into required computer systems and logs.
- Communicate issues, errors, or discrepancies to the Company and supervisors immediately.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for several hours
Requirements
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
- Customer service and/or hotel experience preferred.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manages a branch location ensuring efficient and effective operations through the adherence to appropriate policies, processes, and procedures while executing regional initiatives
- Executes branch-specific strategic initiatives, holding staff accountable and adjusting through action planning to deliver intended results
- Manages client relationships leading branch staff to understand client needs, evaluating the business for safety and associate employee fit, attending community/client-related events, and providing proactive service
- Executes or develops the talent management strategy through understanding market trends, and client needs and the creation of an action plan
- Creates appropriate forecasts and manages the budgetary requirements that contribute to a profitable branch location
