Cover roofs with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related materials. May spray roofs, sidings, and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structures.
Requirements- Education: High School/ G.E.D
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years of roofing experience

- Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures to set up a safety plan including toolbox talks, safety huddles

- Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions
- Cut felt, shingles, and strips of flashing, and fit them into angles formed by walls, vents, and intersecting roof surfaces
- Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
- Install partially overlapping layers of material over roof insulation surfaces, determining distance of roofing material overlap using chalk lines, gauges on shingling hatchets, or lines on shingles
- Cover roofs and exterior walls of structures with slate, single-ply systems, asphalt, aluminum, wood, gravel, gypsum, and/or related materials, using brushes, knives, punches, hammers, and other tools.

We’re building a dedicated roofing division from the ground up — and we’re looking for a driven sales leader to take ownership of that growth. This isn’t a corporate middle-management seat. We’re hiring a Sales Manager to launch and scale our roofing division. You’ll come in as the lead salesperson, close deals using company-provided leads, and build out a full sales team as the division grows. - Take ownership of the roofing sales pipeline from day one, working company-provided leads and door-to-door canvassing to close residential and commercial roofing projects

- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
- Familiarity with insurance restoration and storm damage claims is a plus
