About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners to evaluate their needs, provide recommendations, and guide them through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff.

This is a relationship-driven role where communication, professionalism, and follow-through are key. You’ll be supported by proven systems, consistent opportunities, and a team that’s invested in your success.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for consultations and property evaluations

• Provide clear, professional recommendations and solutions

• Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience

• Manage the sales process from first interaction through signed agreement

• Stay organized and maintain accurate records in our CRM

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented

• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
