Job Description:

The Planner Generation Supervisor is responsible in a line capacity to the Superintendent of Construction. Planner Generation Supervisor is responsible for planning and scheduling capital improvement construction projects within Energy Supply. Prepares construction and field installation scope of work packages, generates work orders, and tasks, and administers the Tampa Electric Contractor Safety Management Program (CSMP) on all projects. Additionally, the Planner Generation Supervisor is responsible for the planning and scheduling management oversight of third-party contractors, and the monitoring of daily field work activities to ensure reported earned values are accurate. The Planner Generation Supervisor will ensure the quality of all work performed while identifying construction critical items that may have the potential to impact the work schedule.


EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Formal or informal construction management training is required. Formal Primavera training and knowledge of construction codes/standards (i.e., OSHA, AWS, ASME, ASTM etc.) are also required.

Preferred: Construction Management degree from a regionally accredited university, OSHA 10 or 30 certified


EXPERIENCE:

Required: Minimum 10 years heavy industrial construction, supervision, planning, and scheduling experience related to the Duties & Responsibilities of this position. College degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years equivalent experience. Must have capital project execution experience, all phases from concept through contract execution, utilizing work management systems and Primavera software. Must possess strong leadership qualities and have team building skills.

Preferred: Minimum 15 years of related or equivalent experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution of piping, steel erection, rigging, mechanical and /or civil/structural, I&C, and electrical systems as it relates to power plant or industrial environments.

About the Role

This position is part of the flyADVANCED maintenance team based at KXLL. While flyADVANCED operates separately from the flight school, this role exists primarily to support flyGATEWAY Flight School operations by maintaining a high-utilization general aviation training fleet.

The role is hands-on and maintenance-driven, ideal for technicians who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on piston aircraft, preventative maintenance, and operational reliability rather than turbine or airline-style operations.

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping the Piper P100 fleet safe, compliant, and mission-ready to support daily training operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Piper P100 training aircraft
  • Conduct 100-hour and annual inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and basic avionics discrepancies
  • Remove, install, rig, and operationally check aircraft components and systems as required
  • Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and work orders in compliance with FAA and company standards
  • Coordinate with flight school leadership to minimize aircraft downtime and maximize availability
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance outcomes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused maintenance workspace
  • Support aircraft return-to-service and overall operational readiness

Additional Information

  • This position is based at our KXLL facility supporting a dedicated Piper P100 training fleet

Qualifications / Skills

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
  • Experience maintaining piston single-engine aircraft

We are seeking a driven, field-focused Sales Representative to grow our Capillary, Gauge and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) spooling services business across the Bakken. This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth with E&P operators, artificial lift teams, and service companies.

We are looking for a high-motor, competitive sales hunter to aggressively expand our Capillary, Gauge and ESP Spooling footprint across the Bakken. This is not an account maintenance role — this is a frontline market capture position.

You will be expected to open doors, displace competitors, and convert opportunities into immediate revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for capillary string deployment/spooling, downhole gauge system deployment/spooling and ESP cable spooling services.
  • Build relationships with production engineers, artificial lift teams, completions engineers, and field foremen.
  • Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline across Bakken operators.
  • Increase market share within existing accounts.

Territory Domination

  • Identify every operator and ESP provider running in your territory.
  • Target underperforming competitor accounts and develop displacement strategies.
  • Relentlessly pursue new drilling, completion, and artificial lift programs in the field.


Aggressive Prospecting

  • Minimum weekly field visit targets.

Revenue Conversion

  • Rapid quote turnaround and bid follow-up.
  • Close jobs with urgency.
  • Coordinate tightly with operations to ensure execution speed.

Account Management

  • Serve as primary commercial point of contact.
  • Coordinate with operations management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of oilfield sales experience, preferably in artificial lift, downhole gauge, ESP spooling, capillary spooling, wireline, or related completion services.
  • Strong understanding of the Bakken operations and operators.
  • Established relationships with operators and service companies in the Bakken.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and new account acquisition.
  • Willingness to travel locally in the Bakken and be in the field frequently.
