POSITION SUMMARY
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott International standard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guests and therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment or service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current skills and licensure in service area as per regional requirements.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Responsibilities:- Assemble the closeout package including maintenance agreements, equipment information, warranties, and contractor contact information
- Regulate quality control process measures that ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations
- Regulate the construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience
- Document accurate job information sheets, work logs of construction activities, and project team rosters
- Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents
- Drive and operate company vehicles (Sprinter vans, box trucks, etc.)
- Load, blanket-wrap, protect, and transport high-end furnishings with care

Position Responsibilities:
Perform various duties using hand or power tools, including staking, filing, trimming, sawing, buffing, drilling, sanding, and filling to facilitate assigned tasks.
Sort, count, wrap, unwrap, and clean parts, tools, assemblies, or equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas by sweeping, cleaning, and picking up materials and parts.
Move, pack, and unpack boxes, materials, parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Apply identification numbers or letters (part marks) to parts, materials, or assemblies using various marking methods (e.g., steel, rubber, electro-etch).
Rack and unrack tubes and materials, applying dust caps and seals, and verifying configuration discrepancies against samples.
Assist higher classification employees with mechanical and paint duties, including filling pots, moving lifts, and setting up/removing painting equipment.
Maintain surveillance in paint and assembly areas, ensuring safety procedures are followed and assisting incapacitated employees as needed.
Perform masking processes, including applying masking tape and protective materials to parts in preparation for painting or plating operations.
Finish contoured and flat surfaces to required specifications using abrasive materials prior to and after painting, including hand touch-ups.
Clean and service paint spray application equipment, including tanks, brushes, and hoses, after use.
Review Work Orders (WOs) and drawings to determine work requirements and obtain necessary tools and specifications using online computing equipment.
Operate and maintain the video jet marking machine, ensuring proper fluid levels and cleanliness of heads.
Assist in the anodizing process by loading and unloading detail parts on/off the load bar and performing low-pressure tests on tubing.
Count, load, and protective wrap finished production parts for shipment to the next operation, and log completed jobs into the Decac MRM system.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

This role supports daily warehouse and production operations by safely handling materials, preparing pallets, and ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. It requires coordination between warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient product flow and proper handling of materials.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Setting up pallets and preparing materials for production and shipment.
- Replenishing picked and empty trolleys between the freezer and pack line.
- Completing pallets by wrapping, banding, icing, and placing into proper pallet storage.
- Loading and unloading trucks, including WW and Maersk shipments.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including: automatic shrink-wrap machine, electric bander and banding equipment, pallet walker, riding pallet walker, and platypus.
- Following procedures for handling damaged materials in the warehouse.
- Maintaining knowledge of allergen control practices within the warehouse.
- Understanding and following warehouse cleaning practices, the master sanitation schedule, and overall property maintenance requirements.

To succeed you must hold:

- Preform QA on finished goods, wrap pallets properly using automated pallet wrap, receive them into inventory using our inventory control system, and move to proper locations
- Labeling boxes accurately and neatly, according to the customer specifications
- Track progress of job runs to avoid over-runs, and to ensure new jobs are prepared for efficient changeovers
- Organize raw material inventory based on the job specifications and quantity
- Properly account for, and return unused raw materials to inventory
- Capable of preforming all tasks required of a Packaging Operator when deemed necessary by your supervisor

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Summary of role of team:
- The CenterPointe Meal Prepper will act as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, within an adult residential substance use treatment facility.
- This position must be able to initiate and maintain professional relationships and interact appropriately with a team of health practitioners.
Summary of position:
- The CenterPointe Meal Prepper will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner meals Monday - Friday.
- If needed, the cook will assist with cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends.
- The cook will have to follow menus and fall within budget constraints.
- He/she will also complete ordering with vendors to ensure needed items are available for cooking needs, kitchen needs and/or the menu.
- The cook will also keep the Kitchen up to public and state standards.
- The kitchen will have to be cleaned and kept sanitary including the refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, grill and the deep fryer.
- The cook will also maintain good relations with the food suppliers and with Second Harvest.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
- This position will work in a residential treatment center for adults who suffer from substance use disorders, providing both medical detoxification and residential substance use treatment.
- The program operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Staff will cook appetizing and nutritious meals for CenterPointe clients, CSU client and BHUCC clients.
- Lunch and Dinner will be served to all clients Monday-Friday in compliance with scheduled meal times.
- Breakfast will be cooked in addition to lunch and dinner every weekend in compliance with scheduled meal times.
- A four-week rotating scheduled menu plan will be prepared and followed on a weekly basis.
- Meals will be varied and follow nutritional guidelines including all the main food groups for all meals prepared daily.
- He/She will ensure enough food will be served at meal times with the same preparations and condiments for clients and staff.
- He/She will make weekly orders with vendors to ensure all menu items are available to be cooked.
2. Staff will communicate with the Supervisor regarding kitchen needs.
- Staff will communicate with supervisor with food order supply needs, equipment needs and/or cleaning needs.
- Residential Meal Prepper will direct any other needs to supervisor.
3. Good working relations with public vendors, food suppliers, will be maintained, as well with clients at all times.
- Food orders with supplier will be completed and submitted online every Monday by 4:00 pm EST.
- Phone contact with milk vendor will occur as needed.
- Staff will contact Trimark Strategic to order cleaning items needed for the dishwasher as needed (i.e. High Rinse Additive, Detergent).
- Staff will treat clients with a mutual respect at all times.
4. Sanitary kitchen conditions will be maintained at all times.
- The stoves will be deep cleaned at least x1 per week.
- The ovens will be cleaned at least x1 per week.
- The fryer will have old cooking oil dumped and new oil replaced at least x1 per week.
- The refrigerators and freezers will be cleaned and sanitized x1 per week.
- Kitchen staff will wipe clean counter tops walls and doors, cover appliances not in use, invert pots and pans.
- Dishwasher will be cleaned inside and out x1 time per week.
- Kitchen will be cleaned weekly in accordance with health standards without prompting from supervisor.
5. Food storage and handling as well as preparation of food will be done in compliance with health codes.
- Leftover food will be stored in containers or safely wrapped and refrigerated after each meal with the item and date labeled on the container/wrapping.
- Food servers will wear plastic protective gloves and hair nets when handling and serving food.
- Refrigeration temperatures will be checked and logged daily.
- Dates on foods will be checked weekly to ensure freshness weekly checks done by cooks.
- Old food will be thrown out when the date has expired.
- Cooks will monitor clients while in the kitchen to ensure they follow health guidelines and other program rules.
- Staff will handle and prepare and serve food in accordance with Public Safety Health Codes/Standards.
6. Staff will stay up to date on all HRMC training requirements.
- Staff will maintain their First Aid, CPR, and HWC, TB skin testing requirements yearly or as scheduled.
- Staff will attend mandatory staff trainings as scheduled.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary for this position is approximately $17.88/hr based on relevant experience and education.
Schedule:
- The schedule of this position is 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Travel:
- This position does not require transportation of clients on a daily basis; however, the program may need this position to help transport for needs of the program. (Example delivery of food items).
- Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
- Staff members may be required to provide transportation in their personal vehicle or company van.
- If staff members use of their vehicle for this purpose, they will be reimbursed mileage. F endorsement is required.
Equipment/Technical Competency:
- This position requires the use of basic computer/electronic skills.
- Must be knowledgeable and able to utilize Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel).
Equipment/Technology:
- This position does require computer skills for timekeeping, scheduling and use of electronic medical records entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products(Word/Excel/Outlook).
QUALIFICATIONS - Residential Meal Prepper
Experience / Knowledge:
- Must have knowledge of nutritional needs, food ordering within budget parameters, food preparation, menu planning and awareness of sanitary food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
Education / License:
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent preferred.
Physical/Emotional/Social - Skills/Abilities:
- Exposure to biological hazards.
- Hearing of normal and soft tones.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Staff will be required to work with gas ovens and stove, tabletop deep fry, industrial dishwasher.
- This position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running and walking.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Chocolatier & Product Development Manager to lead all aspects of confectionery creation and quality at Seroogy’s Chocolates. This role safeguards our signature recipes, oversees chocolate and ingredient ordering, ensures consistent product quality, and develops new seasonal and year-round products.
This position blends technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for traditional small-batch methods. You’ll collaborate closely with our Production Manager, Retail Manager, and company leadership to maintain the excellence our customers expect, while also shaping the next generation of Seroogy’s products.
Key Responsibilities
Recipe Stewardship & Production Oversight
- Maintain and consistently execute Seroogy’s established recipes, processes, and product standards.
- Train and support team members in confectionery techniques and product specifications.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for chocolate tempering, caramelization, enrobing, panning, and other confectionery methods.
- Partner with the Production Manager to ensure daily production runs meet quality, yield, and efficiency goals.
Technical Expertise & Equipment Mastery
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of confectionery and chocolate production equipment, including: melters, tempering machines, enrobers, copper kettles/stoves, batch cookers, cooling tables, depositors, cutters, panners, wrapping machines, and other specialized tools.
- Ensure equipment is used safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Seroogy’s product standards.
- Evaluate and introduce new equipment, technologies, or processes that increase quality and productivity without compromising craftsmanship or tradition.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to optimize workflows, implement improvements, and ensure smooth integration of new processes into daily operations.
Product Development & Innovation
- Lead the creation of seasonal, limited-edition, and core new products that align with the Seroogy’s brand and customer expectations.
- Develop prototypes, run test batches, and manage sensory evaluations.
- Research emerging confectionery trends, ingredients, and technologies to inspire new ideas.
- Collaborate with leadership on launch timelines, packaging needs, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong product pipeline and market presence.
Quality Control
- Oversee product quality from raw ingredients to finished goods.
- Establish and maintain QC protocols including product specs, batch reviews, and shelf-life assessments.
- Troubleshoot inconsistencies or production challenges in real time.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance consistency.
Ingredient & Chocolate Procurement
- Order chocolate, inclusions, flavorings, packaging components tied to confectionery production, and other necessary materials.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate new vendors or ingredients as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages while controlling costs.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Retail Manager to ensure packing, finishing, and special gift items meet quality standards.
- Work with the Shipping and Production teams to align schedules, capacity, and special production requests.
- Communicate clearly with leadership on production trends, new product opportunities, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–7+ years of professional experience in confectionery, chocolate production, pastry, or food manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in chocolate work (tempering, molding, enrobing, hand-dipping) and at least three major confection types (caramel, creams, truffles, barks, brittles, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with key confectionery and chocolate equipment: melters, tempering machines, enrobers, copper kettles/stoves, batch cookers, cooling tables, depositors, wrapping machines, and related production tools.
- Strong technical understanding of chocolate crystallization, viscosity, batch scaling, and the variables that impact product quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, identify process improvements, and introduce new methods or tools while preserving product quality.
- Ability to manage complex projects and timelines.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and manufacturing best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and scale new products from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a detail-oriented, quality-driven mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in a small-batch, artisanal, or heritage brand environment.
- Familiarity with equipment scaling—from benchtop R&D tools to larger factory systems.
- A personal philosophy that balances craftsmanship, innovation, and respect for traditional methods.
- Experience leading or mentoring production staff.

This position is also responsible for sign installation, installation of vehicle graphics and installation of vehicle wraps when needed.
