Information Technology Financial Accounting Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis within an IT department in a healthcare environment. This role will partner closely with finance and IT stakeholders to analyze financial data, support budgeting processes, and ensure accurate contract and invoice management.


The ideal candidate will have foundational accounting or financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret and explain financial results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and explain budget variances and interpret financial performance data
  • Assist in preparing Monthly Financial Reports and ad hoc financial reporting
  • Support the development and preparation of the annual IT/IS budget
  • Create financial forecasts and perform year-over-year financial analyses
  • Interpret and calculate financial implications related to contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotes, and change orders
  • Process requisitions and manage invoices, including maintenance contracts
  • Develop and distribute financial reports using Excel (charts, graphs, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)


Required Qualifications

About the Position

Pilgrim Psychiatric Center (PPC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission accredited facility, is recruiting a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as the Clinical Lead on their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The ACT team provides comprehensive care that is community-based and occurs in the individual’s home. The goal of the ACT team is to maintain care to the individual in their natural environment and reduce demand on emergency departments and inpatient hospital services. This position is based out of PPC’s Patchogue, NY clinic.


As a Psychiatrist on the ACT Team, you will have an approximate caseload of 68 patients who reside in Patchogue, NY and the surrounding area and will provide comprehensive, patient centered, and recovery focused treatments to individuals, including:


  • Meeting with clients daily and participating in ACT Team morning meeting
  • Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments
  • Creating treatment plans including medication management
  • Providing crisis response and intervention
  • Monitoring Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) patients and responding to AOT orders
  • Providing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment

We are partnering with a trusted industry leader that manufactures high-quality construction, landscaping, and agricultural machine attachments known for performance, reliability, and fast fulfillment. They are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to be a key driver of revenue by executing data-driven, channel-specific marketing programs that connect end users with our dealer network and empower dealers with the tools, training, and campaigns needed to grow sales.


This role is responsible for leading integrated digital and traditional campaigns, overseeing content and brand management, and delivering measurable ROI across dealer and co-branded initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of B2B or dealer-channel marketing experience, a strong command of CRM and marketing automation platforms, and the ability to translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that increase engagement, traffic, and revenue.

Campaign Execution and Performance

• Campaigns on time and within budget 95% of the time.

Team and Project Coordination

• 95% on-time project delivery rate across all marketing initiatives.

Content and Brand Management

Market and Competitor Insights

• Identify at least 2 new marketing opportunities or threats per quarter based on market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns in line with the strategy set by the director.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to support campaign goals.
  • Help manage marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email platforms, social media schedulers).
  • Research competitors, audiences, and channels to refine marketing tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in dealer, channel, or B2B environments.

  • Experience supporting field or dealer marketing initiatives


Computer and Office Skills

  • Expertise in CRM automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

Objective of the Role

The Head of Amazon Performance Advertising and AI Automation will own paid media performance on Amazon, with clear accountability for revenue growth and efficiency. This leader will define strategy, manage spend, and build an AI-enabled optimization approach that improves speed and decision quality across thousands of SKUs. Success will be measured by profitable growth, disciplined KPI management, and the successful transition of critical performance capabilities from agencies to an internal operating model.

The ideal candidate is an Amazon Ads performance specialist who has operated in a high-growth environment and is comfortable acting as an owner of results. They are highly analytical, decisive, and able to turn complex datasets into clear actions. They are also automation-minded, able to use modern AI tools and work effectively with engineers or external technical resources to build systems that scale. Industry background is flexible; demonstrated Amazon performance outcomes matter most.


Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, ensuring strong ROAS and contribution margin discipline.
  • Manage and optimize a significant annual advertising budget, reallocating spend dynamically based on performance signals and business priorities.
  • Design and implement an AI-enabled optimization framework (bidding, targeting, budget allocation, experimentation cadence, and performance monitoring).
  • Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provide clear visibility into performance drivers by SKU, category, and campaign type.
  • Lead the transition away from agency dependency, including knowledge capture, process definition, and a controlled handover of programs and playbooks.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (pricing, promotions, product, and creative) to align advertising decisions with assortment, inventory, and promotional plans.
  • Establish test-and-learn rigor, including structured experimentation and rapid iteration to identify scalable growth levers.
  • Build and manage a support model over time (internal hires and/or offshore analysts), with clear SOPs and quality controls.


Requirements

  • Proven track record owning Amazon Ads PPC performance in a high-volume catalog environment, including budget ownership and measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong command of performance marketing metrics and levers (ROAS, TACoS, CVR, CTR, CPC, contribution margin, incrementality considerations).
  • Demonstrated ability to use automation and data tooling (advanced spreadsheets, BI dashboards, scripts, APIs, or equivalent approaches) to scale decision-making.
