ROTHA Contracting Company, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager/Construction Inspector to support roadway, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects for State and public agencies. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Control Programs to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with contract documents, DOT specifications, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a project-specific Quality Control (QC) Program
- Conduct and oversee field inspections from an onsite field office to verify work complies with plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Monitor materials testing and ensure proper Quality Assurance / Quality Control documentation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience in heavy civil/infrastructure construction will be considered
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a combination of: field inspection, heavy civil construction or construction management, and/or quality control or quality assurance roles
- Prior experience on DOT or public infrastructure projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

JOB PROFILE: REVIT DRAFTER – MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
The Modular Revit Drafter converts architectural and engineering design drawings into LOD 400 production drawings used directly by our factory production team. This role supports the Modular Design Manager and ensures that modular building units are detailed accurately and efficiently for construction. This is a production drafting role in a high-output modular manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED (Minimum Requirements):
- Entry Level: Experience with Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software (0-2 years)
- Entry Level: Drafting support role (experience in any 3D or 2D drawing software)
- Advanced Level: 2-4 years experience with Autodesk Revit
- Advanced Level: Independently produced production drawing sets (architectural or structural or MEP)
- Working knowledge of Revit modeling workflows including views, sheets, and annotation standards
- Ability to manage multiple drawing updates and revisions in a fast-paced production environment

About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role will initially focus on a hotel renovation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects as the General Contractor, from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee an initial hotel renovation, coordinating work in live or partially occupied environments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across commercial, interiors, industrial, and hospitality sectors
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Procure subcontractors and suppliers; negotiate contracts, scopes, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, safety requirements, and local regulations
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget
- Prepare and present project status reports to internal leadership and clients
- Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final accounting
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Strong background in commercial construction, with experience in interiors, industrial, and/or hospitality projects
- Experience managing renovation projects
- Solid understanding of construction means and methods, cost control, and scheduling
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments

About the Role
Matai Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead both project and program operations at Offutt Air Force Base. This role will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for construction, maintenance, and engineering task orders supporting federal contracts.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Matai Services and Government stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with federal contracting requirements. This position is client facing and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Contract Management
- Provide overall program management and leadership for all task orders under the contract.
- Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee project execution from planning and proposal development through construction and closeout.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration.
Project Oversight
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Control Managers.
- Review and approve cost proposals, schedules, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate site visits, design reviews, and inspections with government representatives.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and contracting officers.
- Represent Matai Services in program reviews, weekly status meetings, and project briefing with government officials.
- Maintain strong relationships with installation stakeholders and support mission priorities.
Operational Excellence
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and environmental requirements.
- Lead the team through all phases of construction and engineering delivery, ensuring efficient execution and timely closeout.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Or a minimum of 7 to 10 verified years’ experience as a construction project / program manager.
Experience
3-5 + years of experience managing federal construction programs or large multi-discipline construction programs.
Proven leadership managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
Familiar and experienced with both vertical building and renovation and underground utility construction.
Other Requirements
Ability to obtain access to a U.S. military installation subject to background checks.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Offutt Air Force Base.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting MILCON, SABER, MATOC, MACC, or IDIQ contracts.
Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar project management platforms.
Experience with line-item pricing and federal cost proposal development.
Strong relationship-building skills with Government stakeholders.
Demonstrated solutions-driven leadership mindset in high-stakes environments.

Due to continued growth in the North American market, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre construction programmes.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical facilities, overseeing projects from early pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

- Leading the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects and programmes
- Setting project delivery strategy across design, procurement, construction and commissioning
