Job Duty 1 -
Provide housekeeping services within assigned area, to include: emptying of trash receptacles, dusting, spot cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, medical and food service care, restocking supplies, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming

Operate and maintain power equipment which may include carpet vacuums, canister and tank vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpack vacuums, spot cleaning machines and other powered equipment

• Under the direction of a supervisor and/or experienced machinist, responsible for quality parts produced on CNC 5-axis Mazak Integrex in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• Operate, perform set-up changes and first article inspections on production runs utilizing CNC Machines.
• Load parts utilizing overhead lifting equipment, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
• Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
• Use precision measuring instruments, read blueprints, and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance and tooling requirements.

Job Description:

The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for developing and optimizing complex CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, advanced knowledge of machining techniques, and proficiency in using CAD/CAM software to produce high-precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development:
  • Create and modify CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Develop detailed setup instructions and tooling specifications for machining processes.
  • Optimize existing programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance part quality.
• Machine Setup and Operation:

• Represent issuers and investment banks in a wide range of capital markets transactions

• Handle IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings, and PIPE transactions

• Support technology and life sciences companies on securities law and governance matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and public disclosure materials

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on strategic corporate and securities matters

• Manage multiple complex projects while maintaining responsiveness and precision

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience in public companies and capital markets matters

• Experience with public company reporting compliance and governance counseling

• Familiarity with capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, equity offerings, and PIPEs

• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies preferred

• Admission to the state bar required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
